Halfway done with my physical therapy after having major surgery on a severed tendon (with a fracture) on my middle finger. Dr.Ernie has done a tremendous job helping me through the post op period. He is so knowledgeable and makes each session go smoothly. The exercises are creative and effective. I would recommend energy therapy to everyone- Great facility and other staff as well. Energy Physical Therapy has helped me so much. I have had pain in walking and tightness in my hips for a long time. Mostly it's from long-term sitting and working on my computer editing (video, photography, web design). Moderate right and mild left hip arthritis. But though I was tight, they pointed out that I have weak muscles too, causing an imbalance.

By the way, I had done a lot of good exercises on my own, but they were not necessarily the best for my problem. Bottom-line, strengthening, and flexibility work have helped. Ernie, Eric, Megan, Andrea, and the entire staff are friendly and attentive. I might add that I am very active at 69, playing tennis and dancing Argentine tango. Still, sometimes it would hurt to walk upright with good posture. I would dance and get glute cramps or leg numbness, but now I'm much better.

I am glad to be able to review Energy Physical Therapy! My grandma has been suffering with knee pain for quite sometime, resulting in some ER visits. We are so glad that our primary care provider and insurance showed us Energy Physical Therapy!

My grandmother started with a 10/10 knee pain, unable to be fully controlled with pain medication. When we got started with Energy Physical Therapy, she was quite hesitant and in pain, but she tried her hardest.

Now after 3-4 weeks of consistent therapy (both at home and in office) and working with Yaneth, physical therapist, at the physical therapy office, my grandma has expressed 4/10 knee pain, which is tolerable for her, and expresses ability to walk better. We are both glad for Yaneth’s amazing personality, friendly smile who pushes my grandma every week to do better. My grandma is really happy with the care and exercises she received at Energy Physical Therapy! Yaneth is the best! She is so kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She always provided my grandma guidance for both exercises in the clinic and especially, emphasizes the importance of continuing exercises at home. Thank you Yaneth! ?

We have more session to go, but we highly recommend Energy Physical Therapy to anyone needing physical therapy!
