My kids were threatened by one of the tenants here. Specifically, the tenant said he would beat and stalk my son. When i called the police to make a report the front office lady Theresa H had seen the tenant screaming and acting crazy, was aware we had notified authorities and knew we had been instructed by dispatch to wait there since the guy had went to his room. We didn't react to the guy besides my daughter crying. All we did was contact police and wait in our car.
This lady was clearly buddy buddy with the tenant and kept going back to talk to them. She decided to threaten to ban us from the property and mouthed off at my window while we were waiting for the police when they didn't show up fast enough.
Their tenant was the one that had come running up unprovoked and started screaming at my partner and kids making threats earlier, which is why we called the cops. Funny she didn't care about the tenant breaking disturbance policies but wanted to say something about us waiting for the cops. She came out twice more while I was on hold with 311 to update we were moving to the Dottys parking lot.
Despite her failed attempts to intimidate and prevent us from filing a police report against the tenant, we have filed the police report and I reported this to siegel corporate as well.

Edited to add: Office allows minors to be at the pool without adult supervision as well.

Sad dirty rat infested roach having place... the office staff names their clients nick names talks about the people. Horrible unprofessional lowlife place.. the staff don't get me started. Makes it personal lol what a great laugh... the boss is a joke. Horrible place to live and work for joke. The they cover up.. the murders that have happened there. Don't even have a crime scene team to clean it. The house keepers do. I know cuz I did.

I liked it when the casino was open but haven't been until just a couple of weeks ago when it changed to ditties and it's the first one that I played my money for more than 5 minutes before I played it all I was there about 2 to 3 hours I would go again it was relaxing and the ladies were very nice and it was very clean thankyou very much had a good time.

What I would like to know is what kind of operation your running here? Your website says $289 a week so why am I being charged almost $400 every week?

So let me just say I had the same preconceived idea about Siegel Slots & Suites as probably everyone reading this has. What I am going to tell you is not only going to shock you but hopefully entice you to at least try it or recommend it to someone that is in need of a place to stay. The Office Staff here includes Regina and Theresa. Regina I have dealt with many times and I have always received the utmost respect from her. Any problems that I have brought to her attention are immediately dealt with, small or large. Theresa I have only spoken with a few times, but received the same from her. The outside crew that pick up garbage that was left in our area and clean and do everything to keep the property looking amazing are also respectful and are very proud of their work, it shows because it always looks amazing in the mornings when i come out of my room. The maintenance group is as professional as the rest. They don't try and come up with excuses, they find the problem and fix it! This property stands out from ANY other short term/long term property in Las Vegas. Why you ask? Well it is of my opinion it is because of the site Manager Frank. He expects everyone to be treated with respect and everyone knows it from the residents to the people who work here. He has made this place a very safe and beautiful property that I truly don't mind coming home to. Thank you to Frank and Regina as well as every single person that works here and thank you to my fellow residents for also making this place a great place to call home.

This is a great place to stay when in a bind ,extremely affordable very homey and a good place to live until you get it together staff is extremely friendly!

Only issue and problem is the roaches after spraying and spraying w don’t seem to go away,

This is not a place for travellers: it's neither safe nor hospitable, and most people who stay here appear to be long-term residents (you must sign a lease, yes a lease, to stay). The sign on the door of the casino reads "No Firearms". This should tell you everything you need to know, but in case you want more info.: when we arrived (around 7:00 pm on a Saturday), there was no one in the office, and no one to be found who could tell us when someone might show up. When we were finally given a room, it had a broken latch on the door, not that a latch would offer any real security when each room has a walkway-facing window that could easily become an entry into the room. Moreover, this hotel uses keys (not on an identifiable keychain) that anyone could easily copy and then use to enter your room whenever they felt like it. The room had a powerful chemical smell (some industrial strength cleaner?) that hurt my lungs and gave me a headache. And the bathroom door jamb was broken (e.g. door had previously been kicked in). As we had to check out very early, the office was not yet open - yes it's weird and poor service that the office closes overnight - and we were advised at check-in to leave the key in the room on the dresser. This hardly seems like a safe practice to me, but that's how they roll at the Siegal Slots and Suites. This place is cheap, and on a Saturday night in Vegas that might seem like a great thing, but everything about it (the neighbourhood, the stuff going down at the casino, the broken latch) made me fear that my night spent there could be my last. And that would be a terrible way to go down. It was my mistake not to read reviews before landing here, so please put my mistake to good use: if you value your sense of safety and happiness, do not stay here.

My Husband, my Brother-In-Law, my Best Friend & myself have been staying here for the past month & have payed rent on time if not a day or two early every time... The cops came to our room & took my husband to jail this morning!! There was no scene made the cops were in & out in about 20 minutes. About 1 or 2 hours later the manager, who is completely rude no matter who you are, came & knocked on our door with 2 men that are employees of this particular Siegel Suites & informed us that because she wasn't aware of the police activity, since the cops didn't go to the office before they came to our room, that they don't condone police activity & we need to leave the property & that they will watch us until we're gone!! So, we calmly grab a few items & start to leave because we still have 4 days left that are paid for so we will pack up after the 4 days... Well, this rude manager let's us know that she doesn't want us to stay the remaining 4 days!! So, we ask for a refund of our money for the 4 days, of course!! She gets all upset about asking for the refund & tells us that she won't refund us & now we can stay the 4 days but after that we have to leave. Now we don't want to stay & want our money back because this lady is going to make the next 4 days hell, but no she won't refund our money & she still made us leave for the day!! Like she's punishing us for the cops showing up even though it was out of our control. So stupid... This manager has issues with many other tenants as well!!
So, just make sure if you stay here that you don't have any police activity otherwise you'll be kicked out & escorted off the property!!
