I had to go in after buying my first house and get my electricity set up. I was met with a very nice gentleman named James at the front desk who helped me. He did a wonderful job assisting me, making sure I understood all of my options and getting everything set up for me correctly. He got a fee waiver for me and was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend flint customer service because of James.

Backwards I know, I had to come read the reviews after seeing my bill increase so much without any changes in the home. And I’ve noticed they don’t respond to any complaints either. Which to me says they don’t care because they’re going to still get our money is scary. I’m pretty sure if enough of us complain to the city/county council things could possibly get better. I’m going to investigate them, keep track of these fees, and double back with all the information so they’ll end up owing us all! Something is not right. All of you south complaints need to take your complaints to the BBB as well. There’s no way they should have an A+!

I hate Flint. I will tell anyone if you're thinking of buying a house and flint is the electric company for that property. PLEASE DON'T BUY IT. My lights go out for no reason. I have been without lights now for 13 hours. When you call no one can tell you why. In the last 2 months my lights has been out at least 4 times. RUN IF YOU'RE THINKING ABOUT BUYING A PROPERTY WITH FLINT.

Their member service suck. Their portal takes forever and their phone reps have provided incorrect information twice now. The first time they gave me the wrong account number the second time I get told that I will receive a letter in the mail with my info or if anything happens with my account I'll get both a email and a letter. None of those have happened

Extremely bad service. My family and I suffered the whole night because of the so called pay your way system. Even after paying off the minimum amount to reactivate service, it didn't take them 30 minutes like they mentioned on their website. They take their own time. Just another money racketeering business. They don't care for their customers.

If you want better service try UI Illumination. With them you don't have to pay any deposit. You just open an account and they activate your lights. And you receive a monthly statement.

Absolutely worst energy company I have ever dealt with. We have over 230 units on our property and if a resident doesn’t pay their bill, flint will put that bill on someone else’s account.

I have no problems with this company. When I call about security lights, they come out and fix them. When I have a power outage, it is fixed quickly and efficiently. I wish I could get fiber Internet provided from them, but other than that, they are an excellent company with great customer service.

I have been using their service for over 3 years and so far great customer service and very professional staff. This feedback is mainly to thank one of their employees who gave me a call before disconnecting the service. We recently moved to another home where we still had two account . I thought I paid for my current house bill but unfortunately I didn’t. Mr. WIGGINS,JOHNATH gave me a call to verify and I truly appreciate his call. He took the initiative to reach out to me instead of just cutting the line.
