I was in the middle of a home loan application when I spotted this vehicle online, I messaged DCH KIA that if it was in the condition they portrayed it to be, I wanted it! I asked if they could hold it until my financing came through and they said they couldn’t but hopefully it would still be there when the financing happened. When my agent called and said they were looking at closing in 7-10 days, I decided to drive down there and try to get it locked down. Once again they said they can’t hold cars but asked if I was trading in my car? I said yes and they asked how much I was hoping to get for it. I gave Elijah a number and he said he’d be right back. When he returned he said they would give me a little bit less than what I’d asked for but…. If I wanted they would write a contract where I would have just one payment due in 30days whereas my car was a trade-in and I could take my new car home today! I got a beautiful car that has not a scratch anywhere, inside or out and when I got home and told my wife she had to go look to see if I was fooling her! We are absolutely thrilled with our purchase and have Elijah to thank for making this one of the best experiences of our lives! Thank you Elijah and DCH Kia for all you’ve done!

Damien was excellent in helping us get a great out the door price and the majority of our paperwork out of the way before ever arriving at the Temecula dealership. Once we arrived Damien and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, we were in and out with our new 2024 Telluride in less than two hours. Just bought my first car, and I want to give props to Mohamed for hooking me up with a great deal. My dad and I called ahead, and there was no delay at all as soon as we arrived at the dealership. We promptly checked out and road tested two of their cars, with Mohamed providing detailed information throughout the ride. He was a friendly car salesman, and I never got the sense he was omitting information to our detriment. Mohamed and his team were open to negotiating, even when comparing prices between the different KIA dealerships, and there was very little hassle to come to something we could all agree on. I found just the right model I wanted, at the price I was comfortable with thanks to Mohamed, and within a few hours I was driving home with a 2024 KIA Forte.

Recently purchased a Telluride SX X-Pro and absolutely love it. Immediately took the family camping and the car was great; spacious, and capable. Better yet, however, was the sales experience. I recommend asking for Dane. Alex, the sales manager, is a win too. Both were pleasant and accommodating through the whole process, making it a painless negotiation when discussing comps. I was offered more than fair value on my trade-in, and they threw in additional accessories on top of it all. If you're in the market for a new car, definitely make it a point to swing through DCH Kia in Temecula and speak with Dane.

I received excellent, knowledgeable service throughout my vehicle purchase at DCH Kia from Sergio and everyone else I dealt with there. The staff is polite and helpful. My questions and concerns were answered completely and honestly. Sergio and staff flexibly handled any special requests to make the process run smoothly.
He patiently explained use of the many new features.options and controls in the car. I know DCH will be there to lend support if I need it.

This review is to sincerely appreciate the kindness and the level of customer service that we received from Mr. Christopher Koontz, who is Service advisor in the service department at DCH Kia Of Temecula. My son had purchased his first car and after receiving the car we noticed that the motor was making noises that were concerning. This was my son’s to be first car and he was really upset and impacted by this. We took the car to Kia in Temecula and luckily we were Honored to meet Mr. Christopher Koontz as our service advisor. He took his time to research and after looking into it, he found out that we were able to get a brand new motor due to the extended warranty . We left the car there and the big smile and sense of relief on my son’s face was an absolute pleasure to see. Mr. Koontz kept on following up with us and gave us advice and gave us updates on the car throughout the process . His level of professionalism, his level of service is unparalleled, and the service that we received from Christopher was impeccable. I highly recommend Service department at DCH Kia of Temecula because of Mr. Christopher Koontz and I hope that he is well recognized for his job well done and his professionalism. He made us extremely happy and at ease and my son was very appreciative of what Christopher did for us. I wish Christopher all the best of luck.
