The buying process was fine, in that they had friendly staff, clean facilities, and well conditioned vehicles. Their vehicles also come with a 30 Day 1,000 mile power train warranty, which we needed, since we had transmission issues with the vehicle we purchased within the first couple of weeks. Fortunately Echo Park honored the warranty, and paid to have ours repaired, which I appreciated, even though it was quite time consuming (4 Weeks Total). Another inconvenience that I had was that they requested that we bring the vehicle back to them the first week after the sale to have the emissions completed. I have literally never had to do that with any vehicle I've purchased previously, and this was yet another inconvenient (3 Hours Total). I would also like to add that we did have some issues with their financing department. Since we showed up with our own financing already approved, we had no need for their financing, and did not give them permission to inquire about or pull our credit. Unfortunately they used the information sent to them by my bank to pull my credit with multiple other financial institutions without my permission, which caused there to be excessive inquiries and my credit score to drop. As a result, it has been difficult to remove these unauthorized inquiries. I also received welcome emails from Cell Phone companies that I don't recognize immediately after this occurred, which is a highly suspicious coincidence. This has been time consuming and frustrating to clear up. To their credit, they provided me with a letter to send to the affected credit bureaus to have the information removed. Overall I'm 50/50 on EchoPark as a future vehicle purchasing location. With all of the stress associated with this most recent purchase, I just may be a bit leery next time around.

Had an amazing experience with EchoPark Automotive when purchasing the 2023 Kia Soul.
