Prestige did an amazing job detailing my BMW. Their detailing service left my car spotless and looking brand new. They communicated efficiently and professionally when it came to scheduling and coordinating a time to bring my car by. They had excellent customer service and got the job done in such a timely manner that worked with my busy schedule. I would definitely recommend. 10/10

Super good service! I went for detailed car wash for both exterior and interior. They did the job really well. Although they forgot to cover some tricky places in my car, they resolve all of them upon pickup. Recommended!

After a early downpour this morning, I wanted to take my truck to get a wash. I just recently finished a two and half day drive across the country from the east coast. My truck was covered in dirt and bugs.
I went to a place that I frequent normally and they were closed because of the early morning forecast. I'm so happy that I had to search for a new place. After two more failed attempts I landed on Prestige. Man was I happy to see a place actually open.
I went for their 'hand wash' option. I was pleasantly surprised at the detail and cleanliness in such a quick turn around. They finished my entire truck inside/outside with a wax in under an hour.
This is certainly my new go to spot when I need a good detail done. If you are in the San Diego areas this is a must try.

Use to go here often and was happy with the work that was done on my car, you know a simple car wash here and there. In July when I went, the inside of my car was still messy with having the cup holders, and other areas not cleaned even though I paid for the correct package to get the whole inside of my car clean so I let it go. A month passes by, we came back from vacation and my car had bird poop all over it (my bad for not covering it before we left.) So we went to get it washed or hoping we could . One of the employees told us, “This car can’t be washed properly, even when we run it through the tunnel it will still have bird poop.” I was like, “ok, but can we try.” (Me not fully understanding what he meant by it.) He told me in order for the car to be washed properly you would have to get it “fully detailed” and it would cost $400-$500.. I wash like, “what?, no I just would like the normal price, nothing fancy.” So my husband and I both left and went to get some car washing solution from a local car retailer and guess what…the whole bird poop came off. No issue. The employees attitude didn’t help his case either. He was pissed, that we left and didn’t take his recommendations etc. As we drove off we were thinking, “aren’t y’all a car washing company, this shouldn’t be this hard to accommodate etc.?” Guess we won’t be going there anymore. Bad experience, after all these years.

Customer service and TLC for your vehicle is the best here. My first time bringing my car here and I was not disappointed. I’m skeptical about where I go because my car is newer and I’ve had bad experiences elsewhere. It’s hard to find a thorough and trusting car wash. They hand dry, as well! They went above and beyond for some of my requests for my vehicle service. 🙂

Couldn’t be happier with prestige... i called and they were extremely helpful over the phone- drove over during lunch and had a friend bring another one of my cars. I showed up and they recommended a silver and platinum service wash. All done by hand and it came out perfect. They treated my classics extremely well and with care. I’ll be back for sure.

Went to Prestige for the first time for a simple oil and brake fluid change. They helped me out quickly and even washed my car - prices were reasonable. All around great experience, will be coming back for any future needs!

I cannot recommend this place enough, they do an outstanding job & have the best prices. What I truly admire about this place is that their mechanics are honest and do not try to suggest a service that you don’t really need. This place is a true gem and I will always recommend them to my family and friends.
