I had the pleasure of working with Moody at Camelback Hyundai. Right off the bat, he was extremely friendly, easy going, and helpful. I had been looking for a new car for about 6 months when I came across a vehicle at Camelback Hyundai, and let me just say the vehicle I wanted was better than any of the other 20+ cars Ive looked at! It was priced well below other dealerships with the same car, the miles were low, AND it was certified pre owned! When I came in to look at the car, it was closer to closing but Moody went right to work to earn my business. I pointed out a few blemishes on the vehicle and without hesitation Moody offered to send the vehicle back to detail to have my concerns addressed. When I decided I wanted to purchase the vehicle, Moody went to work on getting me the best offer for my trade in. When we weren’t quite where I wanted to be on the numbers, Moody went back to push for my deal. Never once did I feel pressured to purchase the vehicle or feel belittled when I wasn’t comfortable with the numbers. This by far was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! Moody made it so easy and his demeanor is unlike another car sales person I’ve met! I look forward to referring my friends and family to Moody and maybe even purchasing another vehicle from him in the future!

I must say, Rose made my first car buying process an easy one without any hard negotiating, without bringing in multiple people to convince me to buy, and I didn't spend hours upon hours on end at the dealership. She was just a friendly and knowledgeable person to have help me along the way!! I bought a 2022 Hyundai Tucson Limited and I am in absolute love with my new ride! I couldn't have done it without her!

If I was able to give them zero stars I would. Buying a car from this dealership was nothing short of a headache from start to finish. Eric helped me initially, told me everything I wanted to hear, agreed to have the front bumper and shield fixed as it was hanging on by two fasteners.
When I came back to purchase the vehicle he not only upped the price but also told me they never agreed to fix the bumper and the car would be as is despite the steep price. My experience was a bit better after I requested to work with another salesman but not by much. I lost count of how many times they told me to stop by and when I did, nothing was ready and I was told to come back. They even lost the keys to the vehicle I was purchasing. Not to mention I was contacted after purchasing the car in full that there was more paperwork to sign that they "forgot".
Everyone here acts as if they're brand new to the business and have no experience. None of the departments are coordinated with each other. Whatever you think you can find here, you can find somewhere else for better value. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this dealership.
