So this is years later i purchased a vehicle from these guys mind you the price was 7,600 i put down 4,300 cash they put my payments as 500 a month for 3 years yeah doesn’t even add up however i paid it off in one year it was never put on my credit i called today 10/28/24 prime auto just told me because my last payments were made to the finance company i have to contact them mind you back then after I paid it off i walked into the finance company to ask why it wasn’t showing on my credit she told me to wait a few weeks here we are years later and it’s still not on my credit it’s fraud and now im in a position to take legal matters im going to give the finance company a chance to respond first ones I get an update I’ll leave one

BUYER BEWARE :They were very nice when I got there and sold me a 2013 F-150 limited. We found out it had a master seal leak and some other issues. I contacted them and requested that they fix it as it was within their 15 day period where they cover the vehicle. They told me they would call me back with a mechanic to take it to. They never called me back. For the next 10 days or so, I called and they dodged my calls. So finally I took it to a mechanic because thankfully I bought a warranty. And guess what. It needed an entire new engine. Thankfully the warranty they sell isn’t a crock because they covered most of it. But it has been a spiral down since. I’ve had to replace the intercooler, the Turbo’s, the moon roof is broken, the electrical system has issues. I haven’t even had it a year and it’s had almost 30k in repairs done. Do not trust these people. They sell lemons like they are sick of lemonade. I will likely look into lemon laws and pursue that avenue.

I bought a 2016 dodge grand caravan rt from them. When I finally purchased it the miles recorded on the sales sheet was off by 50 miles and they said it would be fine. Not even 3 days later I had a check engine light for a fuel ignition part. Luckily it was within the 500 miles warranty but by the time I would've driven there it would be over. It took SEVERAL calls to get them to confirm it would be fine and we never ended up getting an answer and even got hung up on at one point. My father ended up bringing it to the shop for me and after finally starting on the work he asked of we could get an oil change on it for the trouble we had and they said that the work they were doing wasn't technically something they had to do, so they wouldn't add an oil change on top of it. Not even a week later the check engine light is on again for the same thing, got that fixed at fire store. 4 days later my radiator is steaming and I had to get the radiator and thermostat replaced. Now exactly 3 months after purchase I got another check engine light, and after several professional opinions I need BOTH Cadillac converters replaced, which totals more than I paid for the minivan in the first place.

Idk man the speed of which these issues happened is fishy but coincidences CAN happen but idk

These people take advantage of clients and con them out of money. They put on an act, feed you lies, assuring you that they will assist you, but in the end, they go far beyond simply to take advantage of individuals who trusted them. They repeatedly deceive customers and steal their money. I wouldn't ever recommend someone trying to purchase a car to go here. When contacted, they claim to be unavailable, which is really disrespectful and are clearly trying to avoid us after scamming us. They are definitely exploiting people out of greed. This is unacceptable.

DON’T BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! All their cars have been in accidents and messed up. They make them look nice but a month later car paint is chipping and everything starts to squeak. Not to mention they take advantage of first time buyers smh! My car feels and sound worst than my older car I had . ‍♀️ I regret it bad.

If you are out of state, stay away from this dealer. They use Bait and switch techniques. I contacted them about one of the cars they had in stock. I called and emailed the sales representative and negotiated a price and he agreed and confirmed in writing. The price included all fees and taxes. Once agreed, I sent a mechanic to check the car. Mechanic confirmed car was ok with cosmetic issues and he saw it. I made a reservation to head over there from New York to pick up the car within 2 days. I got an email the night before I traveled that they could not honor the price agreed upon and they wanted to charge extra. I explained to them that they confirmed the full price with all fees before I sent the mechanic. They said they did not care and they would not honor the agreed-upon price. Throughout this interaction I lost $400 and I wasted a week. Unless you are there to drive away in the car they are offering do not bother..
