I’ve been a long time customer at Mitsubishi and have always been satisfied with their service. The staff are very professional, helpful, and friendly. I recently took my car for repair as it was making loud engine noise. I knew something was really wrong. Granted, my car is a 2010 Mitsubishi Lancer and knew it may be up for some repairs. They recommended a couple of things. I took their advice and had them do the repairs. Best decision I ever made. The difference is night and day. My car is running smoothly again.

I would not trust this car dealership. They sold me a vehicle that I have had less than a year and been paying on it and it is completely crashing. I have already had to put in 5000 dollars and I am struggling so bad with this 17 percent interest rate “the BEST rate they could give me” and they payment. I am no rich person and for them to sell me a car that is eventually going to make life harder than easier that shows you what kind of dealers are behind these company.
I wouldn’t recommend anyone this dealership, go somewhere with a trustworthy reputation because these guys are not that. Thanks for nothing but stress and a vehicle that is emptying my pockets.

My wife and I are highly dissatisfied and disappointed with this dealership and they way they handled our matter. In November of 2023 we purchased a 2020 ford escape with the assurance that everything was okay. We were wrong, our vehicle kept having issues since day one and we had sent it into service many times to have repaired, each time the service department telling us that the vehicle was ok and nothing was wrong. (Laziness).
Come to find out that the transmission module was bad and ended up replacing it under warranty through the dealership. After we got
It back it began messing up again and they refused to fix our vehicle without a diagnostic fee In which we refused to pay since they sold us a lemon from the get go.
Come around to June 2024 where we were told that we could trade in our escape for a brand new car, so we took the opportunity and went down to see Antonio from new car sales. There Antonio told us we were approved and that a bank had accepted our loan. Antonio reassured us that we had nothing to worry about and put us in a brand new 2024 outlander. 3 weeks later we received a call from bell road Mitsubishi stating that they needed us to come in and
Go over financing options. When I called finance since we live in the west valley I wanted to know what it was in regards to. They would not tell us so we made the drive down to the dealership just for the management to tell my wife they wanted their car back. That we were never approved for the loan and that we did not own the vehicle or have rights to it either. But yet registered the vehicle in my wife’s name, and
Never said a word to us for weeks. They put the full blame on my wife and I and forced us to give the keys back and would not let us leave in the outlander which belonged to us. They pressured us and tried to force us to sign a document stating that if we were to leave in the outlander until our escape was fixed that we wouldn’t leave them a bad review or reach out to the BBB to file a complaint against them for the screw up that they caused. My wife and I both denied wanting to sign the paper as the relations manager got angered with my wife and I and told one of the workers to pull up “our damn trade to the front” and demanded for the keys to the outlander stating that the vehicle belonged to them and that it was a 35k car that we did not own. The relations manager then had us go down to the bottom level so we did not interrupt other customers with their shady doings and the relations manager began cursing at us telling us that we absolutely needed to sign the paper in order to get back into our vehicle in which my wife and I refused doing so. So the GM Blake yelled at my wife and I over the phone and told us that we pretty much needed to leave and that we were causing a disturbance to their dealership. We then proceeded to get into our old vehicle as they pulled it up, and as I was asking the relations manager about our vehicle warranty on our escape he cursed at me and told me to “give him his damn keys” to the outlander and was yelling at me so I threw the keys on the ground and walked away.

If you’re thinking about purchasing a vehicle from here you might want to think twice. This is an extremely shady dealership and they might not do something like this to you now, but eventually they will.

Also thank you Bell Road Mitsubishi for damaging our vehicle upon return. All rear sensors are damaged, side sensor is damaged and scuffed paint. This is not how you conduct business.

As the dealership has not given a response when the bbb reached out to for the third time.

Car buying is such a hassle but this time we were in and out in less than two hours. Car was priced right. Had to counter offer the doc fees and other misc service fees only once but counter accepted and came in under budget, ultimately only dealt with sales rep and finance. Best Car buying experience in the last 20 years. Highly recommended dealership and car buying experience.

I’ve taken my vehicle to Bell Road Mitsubishi 3 time now for an A/C recharge, getting the brakes replaced and to diagnose a problem with the touchscreen. AJ in the service department has been very helpful and honest with me, and always goes above and beyond! I highly recommend them for anything you might need to have repaired on your vehicle!
