This was my first time purchasing a vehicle without actually visiting a dealership first. The experience was a bit nerve racking at first but with the help of the staff (Alex) it became less stressful. The vehicle I purchased was a 2018 Chevy Tahoe at it was exactly what I was looking for. I do recommend using these folks if interested in new or used vehicle and don't be afraid to ask anything you need to know about car shopping via online, or any other questions you may have. One thing I would recommend from them is, do more follow up calls especially on pre-existing matters.

Drove 3 hours to pick up a jeep for my wife. Robert and the team worked with us to get the price we wanted, they have some more advanced technology that made signing paperwork so much smoother and much quicker! It didn’t take us all day to get the jeep! Thank you guys!

I had a really great experience considering I was not in the market to purchase a new vehicle when my current car had engine trouble. When I walked in, Salvador was available to assist me. He was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He was able to find the truck I wanted the same day and he and Dan even stayed late making sure I was satisfied. Upon picking up my new truck, I also met Jorge, the manager, who was incredibly helpful in preparing me for my next steps accessorizing what I deemed important for my new vehicle. The entire team was very responsive to my questions and made the experience as smooth as possible. I very much appreciate their help and will continue to use this dealership in the future.

Went in for an oil change was greeted politely. Sat in the waiting room where coffee and granola bars were available. Was able to read a magazine and before I knew it my car was ready. Ben is very helpful and knowledgeable.

Super disappointed, felt lied to. Saw a usedtruck I really liked. I called first to make sure it was still there. Trusting it was a dealership and not a private owner, I had certain expectations. I got to a dealership and not a private party thinking you'll get a honest, reliable vehicle. I get there and the vehicle is not as their ad states. The carfax report listed on their ad has "no damage reported". While the previous owner may not reported any damage, the dealership can clearly see the amount of damage on the vehicle and list that on their ad! I drive an hour to find the tailgate bent with a plastic piece screwed down over the top, the tow hitch is bent as well...these are just two of the many other items I saw. How am I suppose to trust this dealership when they can't be upfront with this?! I'd advise you to look somewhere else to buy a vehicle. Sorry to post this but felt lied to.

I have bought a lot of cars in my life. This is by far the worst “dealership” I have ever worked with. We were forced into buy a $1000 asset Protection Service that the dealership won’t even honor or assist with within a month after the car was purchased. It has now been over 2 months since purchase and we have still not received the license plates and no one will return our call. They say they have the “lowest price guarantee” but once you tac on the extra asset protection and refusal to budge on the used car price, they really are not. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else with better customer service.
