Absolutely loved my experience at Camelback Subaru, especially working with Kaden Nguyen. Never did I feel pressured or uncomfortable, but actually taken care of with a personalized experience. He went above and beyond what I expected and I got a gorgeous Outback Wilderness. I would go back specifically and recommend dealing with Kaden if you’re in the market for a new car in addition to the whole Camelback team.

If I tried really hard, I still couldn’t find anything negative to say about Camelback Subaru service department. The people and the service are excellent.
This review is not a puff piece! I truly can only say really good things about the people at the Camelback Subaru service department. Alex Gallegos is the representative who handles my service. He’s great I mean takes care of everything. That’s smooth as easy so I highly recommend their service department.

Kaden Nguyen is the man! Traveled from Gilbert to Scottsdale for an oil change on my 2021 crosstrek (that I was very happy with). Burning some time, I asked him to get me into a new 2024 at a similar price not thinking he could, and he worked it. Couldn't have asked for a more enjoyable experience.
Big shout out to Chloe Edin and the service department for getting me in quickly and pointing me in Kaden's direction.

Camelback Subaru provided my family and I the best service when helping us find a specific car that met our detailed needs. Honorable mention sales representative Kaden Nguyen was the first to greet me as soon as I walked through the door and was ready to assist me with the search. He was extremely patient and very educated & knowledgeable about the qualities of the car that we were look for. He even went out of his way to show me other cars that would fit my needs! I would also love to recognize sales representative Todd who was also extremely patient with helping us order the car we wanted. The finance manager Luis Gonzalez also provided excellent service and made it easy to understand the breakdown of every single costs that went into the car and was knowledgeable with everything that the information that he provided us! I highly recommend coming to the Camelback location when purchasing or even learning more about Subarus. I will definitely be coming back here for my next Subaru purchase and for all my services!
