Take your Teslas directly to Tesla. Whatever wait Tesla has will be worth it. Even with new management, my insurance got billed 2x for the initial claim and the damage this shop caused post repair. I'll be paying for their mess up for a few years... (see pictures).

I'm still left with damage on two outside panels that WERE NOT EVEN in the scope of work. I didn't take pictures of the parts of the cars that were not supposed to be worked on before dropping it off, so I'm out of luck.

ALWAYS record your own evidence with your cars going in with VIDEOS and pictures throughout the ENTIRE car's body. You'll regret it if you don't.

Ignore their reply, they'll say whatever to cover their old management's bad work.

My husband and I brought our Land Rover here for a collision repair. They fixed the car within a week, which was sooner than we expected, they did a very good job; unfortunately when we got home we realized that the rear tailgate camera wasn't working, so my husband reached them and they said to take the car back for inspection, which we did. Dante was the person in charge of the repair and he said it wasn't their fault and that as a courtesy he took the car the dealer to get a second opinion. Whenever we would reach him for follow ups, he was rude when answering the phone and blaming others for this issue. I had to reach the office directly and asked to deal with a different person because this guy was taking a very aggressive approach. Denise was great at listening to the problem and referred us to Titan who finally got the work done and fixed. I want to be as objective as possible that is why I am giving a 3 star, but unfortunately I don't see my self referring this business and going back in the future.
