I originally went to a furniture store in Pacific Grove. I spent an hour looking at couches and recliners and was totally ignored, not even a good morning!
So, my wife and I went to SC41. Even though it was over an hour from our home in Carmel Valley. There, we met Lori, who welcomed us. She was friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable on the different products. We took a few sample leathers home for color comparisons and ordered a couch and two recliners.
For first class service and a pleasure to deal with, my wife and I would absolutely recommend SC41.

I bought bed 7 years ago nearly 3000 dollars and started having back issue so went to sc 41 and told them about it sine I have 10 years warranty . Cost 90 dollars to come to your house to see if bed is losing support . Eventually I know how bed warranty work they told me normal wear and tear while some area topper are not supportive ( I had already flipped topper multiple times )I told them coil also seems be uneven but their answers was this is German steal coil not probable . Eventually ordered new topper supposedly identical to the one bought . Still having back issues .So I buy new coil part which now equal to an entirely new bed . After few weeks of trying bed I realized IDL firmness of topper was not identical and not supportive . I ask for money back and was reimbursed . Today while checking the old coil mattress part I am also realizing that the new coil part sent are not supportive and do not compare with what. I bought 7 years ago . No wonder each time I go to bed I am hurting ! Coil with same weight.pressure on new base have about half support of what I bought years ago ! SO I believe at this point that while assuring me that the part replaced would be exactly the same I was sold lesser quality replacement part . Cost more than 1000 dollars for coil and another more than $1000 for topper . Additionally .you have to wait few month each time if you want to receive something and pay for delivery because nothing is in store since it is just a showroom .While I try to support local business , is it really worth spending 3000 dollars while you can get the equivalence at Mattress factory for less than third of the price ? My daughter end up changing her bed with Mattress Factory cost 800 dollars with taladay topper and no taxes and delivery in a week and no taxes ! Her bed is awesome . Meantime I have spent 6 month waking up with back pain! .

The products at SC41 are always very high quality. Lori, who over the past six years has helped me select a bed, two beautiful Stressless chairs and, most recently, a dresser, is generous with her time and information. I never feel pressured to make a decision and have very pleased with my choices.

This is the 3rd purchase from SC41 and they have our business for life! We bought our 1st Berkeley bed system 13 years ago and just purchased our 2nd mattress set. I like the natural fibers and extra support. The sales staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The installers arrived ON TIME! And knew exactly what they were doing, something that seems rare these days. Kudos to your whole operation!

We really like having SC41 locally. I've been pleased with my office chair and a cabinet bed we purchased there. There was a slight flaw with the bed cabinet and not only did they bring us a new one, but made a slight detail paint adjustment to fix a spot I might not have even noticed. We're looking forward to purchasing our couches there - fantastic selection of styles and fabrics.

Every interaction with SC41 was great from furniture and color choices to warehouse pickup to home deliveries to extended service. We are very happy we worked with SC41.

Once we discovered it (thanks to a TV ad of all things), SC41 quickly became our favorite furniture store, even though we live in Monterey County. We've been furnishing our first house, so we've also had a lot of furniture to buy, and we've been proceeding slowly and purchasing nice pieces - mostly from SC41, taking advantage of their occasional sales (each April in particular). Lori Hannum is an award-winning interior designer, and she also works at SC41. We've never failed to profit from her good taste and expert advice. They also have an excellent showroom. Highest recommendation!
