Well thank you jones ford of casa grande. Yesterday I called in to meet a salesman so I can get a truck. Glenn and Chris the salesman were awesome. I have had Chris as a salesman prior to this vehicle as well. I told them
What I wanted and where I needs to be financially. The same car I traded in is the same car I bought from Chris. Great vehicle just need a truck. I want to thank you two gentleman and the Jones ford team by making this happen. I also want to put it in this review. Like I said it was a difficult deal to make happen and San Tan ford gave up and left me hanging out to dry. You can tell the true kindness and devotion they have to make you happy and never give up. I will never buy another vehicle anywhere else. Thanks again.

Well unfortunately I'm not happy with jones again. The only reason we have come back for are third car purchase is because of two salesman, Chris M. And Travis F. Those two are amazing salesman. Now my issue is the service center they are horrible, every time we come in for a service they are unhelpful and somewhat rude. Today we went in for a service for a scheduled appointment that was made over a week ago and had notes on what we needed to have done since we can't take it anywhere else because of the warranty and we were not called and told they only have one person on today that could help us and there where four people ahead of us for that with a scheduled appointment. Then for are oil change after already waiting for 45 mins are car was still sitting out there waiting and when asked they said there was still someone ahead of us. That is absolutely ridiculous, we're is the customer service at? We picked up are car and left no one apologized no one asked if they could help with a reschedule nothing. We were planning to purchase another car for are son from Jones but that won't be happening at this point. We will not be coming back to Jones for anymore vehicle purchases.

I found the vehicle I needed at Jones Ford. Talked to Rick Tarsitano and will definitely use Rick again as well as Jones Ford. Best dealer experience I’ve ever had. Worked the deal in minutes even before I got there. Rick went through every question and explained things I never would have thought of. Got my Ford credit set up, got my Ford Pass set up, added a new door code for me, and had it gassed up and detailed as well. If you call down there and ask for Rick you won’t regret it.
