Came to Eco Wagens for a brake replacement and fluid flush after a dealer had recommended it at my last service appointment. Mike was very transparent and actually confirmed that that work did not need to be complete just yet, and provided a photo inspection of the pads wear. 10/10 would recommend to other VW & European car owners in the area, you'll have a lot more peace of mind visiting them than a dealership, and pay a much fairer price in return!

We have two older Audi Q’5’s. I want to replace them eventually but love this garage and mechanics so much I have to stick with Audi or Vw. I can’t give up this garage. You feel like family. They repair what is needed never pushing additional unnecessary work. Andre is as honest as they come. Mike is great for conversation at the desk and the 3 mechanics are hardworking! They have been with Andre a few years now so you know it’s a great place to work. Highly recommend this garage.

Originally called in looking for estimates on entire engine swap, as another mechanic didn’t feel like taking the time to actually diagnose my issue. Andre immediately recognized issue and was able to fix it.

Overall the experience was great. Communication, very fair pricing, workmanship. He went above and beyond to make sure my car was in good shape beyond just the engine issue. He provided updates with photos along the way and did an overall inspection of my car. Great experience overall.

An Audi dealer actually suggested that I contact Eco Wagens for an issue that I had with my daughters older Q3. So I sent my daughter with her Q3 over to see Mike who was very supportive and friendly. It was a minor settings issue that they fixed quickly for no-charge. Friendly, honest service. Hard to find these days. I’m really glad I waited to have these gents service my car instead of caving in and letting Canadian Tire or something like that do it out of convenience. They handled it with care and made the process seamless and painless.

I especially enjoyed their backend process of inspecting the vehicle and sending you a link via text to see the inspection issues with attached photos. Then when the repairs are complete, they send a text to notify you. Super simple and seamless operation, I appreciate that.

If I were to take a star away, it would be because you can never get a hold of them via phone. You’ll most likely be called back at some point later in the day or next day. I guess it’s a good sign as it’s a busy shop.

I’ve been getting my mk7 R serviced routinely with Andre and his team at Eco Wagens since August of 2022.

I first went to get a second opinion from them regarding an issue where another highly regarded VAG shop said I needed a new water pump although it had just been replaced less than a year ago.

They found the real issue to be a broken leaky gasket saving me time and money. The customer service is top tier and very accommodating like the time I forgot to bring lug nuts when getting wheels swapped. The guys have gone out of their way to teach me things and make performance recommendations that fit my needs.
Hands down the best VAG shop in the area, maybe even in the country.
