I dealt with Jerry. I cannot give this dealer enough stars. It was the most painless/quick dealer I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve bought trucks from Lifted Trucks, Trucks Only and various other dealers. Hands down Unique trumps all of them. I will definitely be a return customer. I bought my 2019 F250 over the phone, upon arrival (excluding me getting the truck insured) I was in the building for all of 10 minutes before I left with the truck in my name. Jerry was a very straight forward knowledgeable salesman! Super cool guy who seems to really want to get people in their dream trucks! I’m very appreciative of unique trucks. They’re changing the car buying stereotypes to good ones for sure!

I had a coworker buy a vehicle from Unique Trucks and he said he had a great experience. I went to the website and looked at their inventory. Just so happens they had a vehicle I was interested in. I used their chat feature to see if the vehicle was still available. They responded promptly telling me the truck was still available and they asked if they could call to better answer any questions that I may have. I gave them my number and was called a few minutes later.

My salesmen Jerry called and asked if I had any questions. Of course I did have questions and Jerry answered them quickly. He even provided the car facts report for the truck. We discussed the value of my trade in, and I told him I would come down to see the truck and possibly purchase. He told me not to bother, we can do the paper work online and he will have an associate bring the truck to me. WHAT? Sounded weird to me but I went along with it. He said if I don't want to buy it, tell the associate and they will take it back. The associate delivered the truck and it was nice and clean. I decided to purchase the truck. The delivery associate then inspected my trade in and drove it back to the dealership.

I did find a tear in the drivers seat leather though that was not disclosed to me upon purchase. I called Jerry right away. Jerry asked for pictures and told me he would set up a day and time to bring the truck in to get the seat fixed. Jerry called back a day later and we set up the day and time to get the seat repaired!

All in all it was a very different experience than your typical dealership. Jerry was patient and let me make the decision. I secured my own financing but I did deal with Jimmy for the paperwork. He also gave me options on an extended warranty at a great price. If your looking for a used truck I would buy from Unique Trucks again.

My wife and I came across Unique Trucks by accident really. I sent in a request to test drive a truck and Jerry reached out right away. After meeting Jerry, my wife and felt as we just met a friend who was going to be completely honest with us. He asked us what we needed to make it work. We gave him the parameters we had to hit. He went to speak with the owner and within 10 min he came back with an OK we can do that. We then got to meet the owner Jay, we did a lot over a handshake, trust in each other. We went home with a great truck and new friend. So if anyone needs a new please reach out to Jerry and begin a different kinda truck purchase. You won’t be sorry. Richard and Maiwand helped me through my truck buying process. Very reasonable and down to earth guys. Neither were pushy and they're very straight forward. I like how the dealership has no hidden fees that pop up when you start signing paperwork. The price is the price.
Similar trucks that I looked at were priced 10k to 20k more. Very happy with my experience at Unique Trucks!!!

Talk about the having the WOW factor. Here is our experience with unique trucks and the lovely people that work there. My husband and I needed two new trucks to work for our pool company and for our contracting company… they got us two new trucks for us the day after I called and made it happen, no stress, no problems, ALL fun and joy in the entire process… they made a dealership experience the best one either of us have ever had. We are so happy to have met Scott, Darren, Danny and the man behind the brilliance of it all JAY..! Thank you so much Unique for making this an experience that we will never forget. I recently purchased a 2021 F350 from Jay and Eric. Unfortunately the truck had a catastrophic engine failure days after purchasing the vehicle. This was an extremely frustrating and disappointing turn of events. Thankfully Jay the owner and Eric went above and beyond to help me out. They had no way of knowing the truck had an issue and it was an extremely rare failure. They sent a tow truck to get us off the side of the road. They facilitated the repairs and Jay even offered to buy me and my wife dinner to help us get our minds off the issue at hand. I’d highly recommend these guys they are a solid group of people!
