After making a purchase at this location I realized the items I bought to use in my toddle hair was opened right just before use. The receipt stated that I have 7 days to return goods. I tried returning the goods and explained to cashier (the Hispanic lady at the register) what had happen. She then told me I should have returned them sooner after I explained to her I just realized they good was opened (3 days later). I also explain using open good in my child’s hair from the store wasn’t ideally safe and the Reciept clearly said I have 7days to return goods and it was 3days after purchase. She told me nothing was wrong with the product It was not used and that I should use them on my toddler hair but, she refuse to exchange them because the product was used. I had to asked her if she heard how dumb she sounded ? She also had the audacity to question why it took me 3 days to return the items. Like, hello lady I do work….I wouldn’t recommend no one buying from this place!!!

Love this store the owner and Kumba are awesome. They really interact with their clients. My daughter and I feel like home when we go there. It’s a great store..

Unfortunately the hair selection is minimal. They lack prices on most products and get an attitude when you have to ask for prices. This store is close to my home but I have to drive further away to get great customer service. The black male employee is very rude as well. He does not even look you in the eye when he speaks to you. Do avoid this store if you want a good shopping experience.

This store is so unprofessional . I would recommend taking your money somewhere else. I was rushed out the store.. I walked in 7:50 when the store says 8:30. When I told owner she told me oh well should’ve came earlier that was before Covid hours. THEY CLOSE AT 8 NOW! Covid happen how many years ago?

The fact that this store closes at 8:30pm, I get there at 8:06pm and they refuse me to let me in is baffling. And so stinking rude abt it.

The owner of the store followed me around from the wig section cause I aid I didn't want a wig beware they are horrible people!!!! I bet someone was in there stealing her blind and hope they were!

I have shopped in this store and purchased all types of supplies. Each time I noticed that the African lady with the weave has a nasty vibe. She will keep working on stocking even if she has customers. Many customers get fed up and leave. She deliberately does not help the customers try on wigs or help to pick any hair products. She will point to where it is. Her goal is to get you to leave..
She is never pleasant and acts as though she does not have to help the customers. She's been here for years with her fd up attitude. She does not like her job. She does not offer help and support to her customers. The wigs and the human hair wigs aren't any good either. Better products can all be found on amazon. JENNIE YOU NEED TO LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMERS. THAT LADY HAS A NASTY ATTITUDE. ALL BLACK AMERICAN AND WEST INDIAN and you don't hire any. Yet you have this one with a nasty attitude. We can all go else where. As for me. I will.
