A bunch of kids who don't know what the hell their doing. They charged me twice for 2 items and at first the girl said that I should use Ion 20, but when I went to check out the other girl told her she recommended to me the wrong product and I should use Ion 10 developer. Thank God she caught it cause it would have been horrible if I used the 20 and I probably would have posted the same review as the poor girl before me. Go to Sally beauty in Bayshore at least you have an adult. Dear God.

Absolutely horrible. I have never written a review for anywhere but i needed to because of this situation. I went and bought Wella Toner T18 to tone my highlights which I have done before and two of the employees told me to buy Ion 20 Volume because its better for your hair… which dyed my entire head. Meaning my brown hair turned orange. The best they could do is have me come back and return the products. Very uneducated staff.

Worst purchase and return experience ever!!!
Bought a Baby Liss hair straightener last week at this location Paid cash and she told me if I needed to return it I only needed my receipt!
Came back today to return the item a young man told me that I needed to have a phone number with them in order to process my return I refused to give my info cuz they just spam after w emails and texts. I told him the lady told me I only needed my receipt he kept going to the back room; by the 3rd time and asking for the manager to do something she came up with the same excuse I told her perfect I'll just give you a fake number which she said that works ? (make it make sense). Employee now asks me you want cash or a card ? I said: I paid cash I want cash back. He went to the back room again manger comes out again and by this point having passed 20 mins. She was about to give me another excuse I told her lady I want my cash back in $5 or-dollar bills I do not care I just want my money back. Never ever going back to a Sally Beauty shop

I recently got highlights, asked for chocolate brown highlights , instead I ended up with caramel/gold highlights , I went back to solan to correct it , final results still wasn’t chocolate brown so I waited two weeks before I did anything to my hair. My first stop was sally beauty, I’m so glad I went there because the staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. The young lady that helped me along with another female employee ( possibly the manager ) were both great. I have finally the chocolate brown highlights I wanted. Thanks guys, keep up the good job , these ladies knew exactly what I needed !!!!

Sally's is always great. The staff is very helpful and their return policy is great! Their product are almost all very good of course that isn't always the stores fault instead the companies.
