Took forever to sign forms and take my money. Waited an for wa few hours just waiting after all was aggreged upon. Crazy really .

We finally did get to finance, and Jose in finance was a good fellow and recognized our impatience, and moved along quickly. Everyone working there were good people and nice, offering drinks although after hours i wash there was a cafeteria pr some snacks
All the facilities were very nice . I just didn't expect a 5 hour wait. I know buying a car is a big deal and a lot of money. We leased it only. But leasing is buying it it. . I feel our society has to reform this system, some way to accommodate the people who actually buy them. I know many new types of companies that tried to change. And it's not the process. I understand that,i think it's the trapped feeling to sit and wait for hours upon hours in a sanitized big advertisement buildings. We have already agreed to buy it , maybe some place clients can get food or sit in a place that lers the time pass. Put a pinball in ,a museum of the start of the cars you sell, with interesting content . even better if you put something people find interesting that keeps there minds off of the wait vs. being amongst the model they could not afford to buy. The people buying are you most afluent or mid to highest good people of people. They work hard and enjoy the luxury of a new car. Should we have to wait for 4 hours?
I mean, have some compassion . That time lost in life is just hard to compensate in someone's mind. Now, the one good thing I see from a internal discovering ones self, is the actual appreciation one can have on time itself. Life is short and time is all we have here as people. Time goes by so fast sometimes and faster as you get older. Though this time went so excruciating slow. Almost like the last hour until school was over or those months leading up to your birthday when you're very young. So the dealership was nice. The car is wonderful. it's the pricess one must endure. If this was such a process. Everyone might have a new car . But then i think they are not disposable , there are so many already. So please, the ownership and management there do not take this is against your dealership. I encourage people to go to you. Your staff and facility is top notch . I am just writing about my experience. I bought from you after 5 hours waiting. I don't get to compare you to others, i don't buy or lease a new car every day . I am sorry you the one to get my opinion of this process, however having this opinion , you are the one i leased at so you do get my endorsement. I have put the stars to 5 my stars , because your place was great except the wait time. I have no complaints about staff or facility, my complaint is the time i waited and how hungry i was , i just didn't expect that time wait when we had already come to the agreement . What I suggest is to keep the peoples minds occupied. Keep them not focused on waiting after they have decided to get your vehicle . If we were happy while waiting, the process could be acceptable if i could play on free pinballs or arcade machines and ate. Something fun while i waited for so many hours, I might have kept my mind off assessing the process. You must take I wouldn't have written this so elaborate, but all I thought about after the second hour is really? Think of keeping your customer set of eyes on the luxury prize that they want. Occupy the time with not waiting so bored. Put their head on fun, they will have or have another thing they want to know about. Like places they can drive to in that car that are fun or games and I can't express enough food, even if it is to purchase. So your place was a great dealership with great cars. But not great on recognizing the people comforts while they wait. I encourage people to buy from you, but people need to bring something with them to make the time pass. Cause it appears you will wait no matter what. lol? and it will be teh long drawn out waiting time , not the wait kind that you go awe shucks its over already.

I recently visited the AutoNation Hyundai Valencia service center and had an outstanding experience. Despite having three Hyundai dealerships closer to me, I chose to drive 30 miles, and it was absolutely worth it. Bladimir, my service advisor, was professional, maintained excellent communication, and demonstrated a strong sense of accountability throughout the process. The level of service I received exceeded my expectations, making this experience well worth the extra distance. Highly recommend!

Pleasure to share our customer experience with Hyundai Valencia. My car was facing major mechanical issues. Blad at the service center was awesome at communicating all the issues and discussing various options. Finally decided to trade in the car for Ioniq 5.
Vik and Shumon gave us an honest deal to trade in and lease the new car. Outstanding overall buying experience, paperwork was fast forwarded as well and we hardly felt the wait. Shout out to the young sales associate Caleb who knew every aspect of the car and gave us a very meticulous walk through.
Have owned other hyundai cars purchased here and each time we have walked away happy with our purchase.
Incredibly professional and helpful folks, almost feels like family out there ? Thanks to all for the excellent service.

A professional team, but what captured my attention was the young man giving you a warm welcome with a smile and offering assistance while waiting for the service agent. Also, the young man delivering the cars once service was completed. They both are great!

I arrived Saturday morning with an appt and was helped by Avery. If I could give only her the review it would be a 5!!! She was very thorough and knowledge and attentive to my needs. The only problem I have was that the service department was short staffed and she was running around helping everyone so my oil change took over 2 hours. I witness the other service attendants working very slowly and ignoring the customers. I watched as Avery was the only one really being efficient and quick while the others just sat in their chairs working slowly. I think you need more people like her. Even the other departments on the floor were slow to move or respond.

I’ve been to a couple of dealerships but I must say I received outstanding service.this was my first time going to the Valencia dealership and I just had a service check. Although I didn’t have anything done that day because we have to wait for the part, my car seemed like it ran smoother. I don’t know it they put air in
My tires but it ran different. They also washed my car and that’s always a plus because some places do not provide those services. I will definitely be returning for regular services

Had a great experience. Staff was knowledgeable, and very helpful and we walked away with a great vehicle. Would definitely recommend!

But a follow up need as disregarded. We noticed ants in our new car. Called dealer. Was put on hold ,then hung up on. When we called back we were told someone would call us back to make appointment, that has been over 24 hours now, no call back. What a shame, great buying experience but I guess once you buy the customer service stops. Was left disappointed

Steve C. at this buyer center is very efficient and thoughtful during the whole process. Took less than 24 hours from first call with him yesterday till the selling deal done today. His offer beats both the CarMax and Carvana offer. And thanks for handling back my Alma mater’s plate which I forgot to take off and has great sentimental value!
