Full of wonderful things! Went in after a particular item they stocked, but decided to wander and check out the rest of the store since I had the time to do so.
So many cool and unexpected items in the aisles. It's not just alcohols from around the world, there are even bar snacks, chips, a small stationery/art section, even items like ponchos and regular grocery items can easily be found within it. A little precarious on endcaps when navigating, as there isn't a ton of extra space when using a cart but with a little patience it's perfectly fine. Found an unexpected surprise of guinness chocolate bars and single cans of drinks I've only ever remembered in glass six packs which was really nice.

I have been buying liquor at BevMo since the store opened in Riverbank California. Though I haven’t been there for a little while today I was required to show my license. When I asked why they said it was store policy. Then they said they were required to scan my ID. When I suggested I would refuse they said they would not sell it to me. I am 70 years old. It amazes me in this country. You do not need an ID to vote, but a seventy year Constipation-old man needs one to buy liquor. It is my last time at BevMo .

The whole time I was there, the manager was yelling over a wall to some employee. Stopped only to take my order and while I was still at the counted, went right back to yelling. So rude. Just get up, walk over to your employee and have a normal conversation....and they did have the beer I wanted in stock either .

The Modesto shop is a dive compared to Riverbank. They always have way better stock and will offer to special order anything for you. Special orders arrive quickly. Tina is a huge ray of sunshine when you walk in. She is helpful while being funny and so down to earth. We are less than 5 minutes away from the Modesto store, but we will drive 20 minutes further for the experience of Riverbank.

The Staff is great and very helpful !
There new delivery services with GoPuff are Fast & Very Convenient!! Will deffently be using it a lot in the future. Management is doing a fabulous job !!
