I had a great experience at Brinkmann’s today. The manager Mike met me at the door. He went and got me a shopping cart. He saw I was handicapped. I was so happy he did that. He also stayed with me to get what I came for. It was a pleasure he even took care of me at the register. The best was he walked me to my car and put the items in the car.

Trying to buy a chain for my chainsaw. The store person didn’t know anything about it, and the one person who did was on phone with another employee trying to get them to hook up a printer.. after waiting for 15 minutes and no one able to help I left. This is why the big box like Lowe’s is better. At least you have someone to answer your questions. Try to support local, and it ends up, taking you twice the amount of time and double the aggravation.

The Sayville Brinkmann store is the absolute best! They are so helpful, the store is clean and beautiful. They carry everything you need! I brought in a lamp today that I was having an issue with. Gabe offered to take a look, and within 15 minutes I had my lamp fixed and even better than it was before. A few weeks back i needed glass replaced on a painting, and they replaced that for a reasonable price as well. Thank you Gabe and Sayville Brinkmann for being the best hardware store around!
