This VW dealer is horrible! Terrible "customer service" and price gouging. All the parts on the official VW parts website give the dealer pricing and this location is always much higher than the others, e.g. a turbo at this location is $950 vs $750 at other locations.

I live in Chandler, and despite the distance, I always go for all of my Volkswagen parts to see George in the parts department. He’s always there to provide great technical insight and resources and he’s always able to look up product information and the part numbers on some of the older stuff that I own.

I’ve ordered service related items, tools, and parts for nearly 8 generations of Volkswagen products from him, and I won’t go anywhere else.

I am very impressed with the service. I went in with a fair idea of what I wanted from a vehicle, within a certain budget, and Tyler was able to find a vehicle that fit me perfectly! The process took a fair amount of time, but I was given the opportunity to set up my phone with the vehicle, inspect it thoroughly, and make sure I was 100% comfortable while they got my paperwork in order. Tyler and Ali were both very personable and made the entire process relatively painless!

Ali Mohkami is an amazing human being and very kind, intelligent, & knowledgeable finance manager. I actually had a great experience buying a car. He explained things well, let me know about the different warranty options without pressure, and communicated well with the sales associate Paul Valentino who was also a joy & pleasure to work with.Paul listened to me & got me what I wanted. The banter and fun conversations we had made it an especially fun, stress free, & positive experience. I'd refer anyone to these guys. They'll take care of you.

Zaktek paint and interior warranty was slipped into our financing (for our 10 year old used car) without telling us it was optional. The paperwork has a section (below the area we were instructed to sign) that says "Zaktek is NOT a requirement for the purchase of this vehicle." This was not communicated or shown to us. When we spoke to the finance manager about it the following business day, he said that all of their cars had this warranty and it was not optional and we would have to pay for it regardless. Then why does the form say it's optional? We would have refused this option and renegotiated the purchase price. To make matters worse, we had our 3 month old with us and they gave us a time frame to come in, we arrive on time, they made us wait 45 minutes and then were trying to rush us through the paperwork because we had a baby. I felt like we were totally taken advantage of given the circumstances. We NEVER would have signed up to pay $1124 for a paint warranty on an older used car. They were not transparent and are only looking to make money. We're now paying interest on a paint warranty we do not want and were mislead to sign up for.

Drove it 3 times for maybe less than 100 miles and the AC has gone bad. They won’t do anything about it.
Don’t buy here or recommend anyone here.
They’re only nice to you to sell but never answer a question.

Let me preface this by saying I HATE dealerships with a passion. Every experience I’ve ever had with a dealership has been terrible. Camelback VW changed my mind. Our experience with them was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. They went above and beyond and made everything easy for us. Working with them was great and I WILL be going back to them for future vehicle purchases!

Horrible service I was sold a car at the end of April early May engine light came on they said they fixed the problem took my car to a ASE certified repair center and to another dealer and was told the oil was never changed in the car the battery was not the correct battery for my car the brakes rotors and sensors had to be replace. I said ok wear and tear I'll pay for it but when the correct battery was placed and the correct diagnostic was done I was told the issues That should've been resolved and noticed when the inspection was done before my purchase or at least when I advise them of the initial engine light issue contacted the dealer because of course I bought and extended warranty only to find out they gave me the wrong warranty and when the sales rep called the person who handles it she was upset and questioning him on why he wasn't explaining that to me I just walked out I have purchased all my cars from them since moving out here but I won't anymore they never owned dropping the ball or tried to work with me for a solution. I'm have already put 2000 in the car and now I just paid another 1000 to get the issue fixed I would not recommend anyone buy a used car or new car if you do pray nothing goes wrong such a disappointment and don't expect a resolutions
