I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Capo Volkswagen.

First, they were not honest about recalls and repairs. I had to reach out to Volkswagen America myself, and only then did Capo follow up with the necessary repairs.

Additionally, Capo Volkswagen failed to complete the DMV documents and did not process the Volkswagen America lease buyback properly. The “smileage guarantee” they advertised turned out to be untrue.

Dealing with Capo Volkswagen has required an immense amount of effort on my part. It’s been over three months, and despite my attempts to resolve these issues, they have not made any corrections. I’ve filed complaints with both Volkswagen America and the California DMV, but Capo Volkswagen has not responded to any of my concerns.

This has been the worst buying experience I’ve ever had, and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

On 8/29/24, i have an oil change scheduled for 10:45. Although i got there at 10:36, Brad was unable to help me until 10:50. I told him that i had several appointments and asked him when my oil change would be completed. He said it would talk longer than I had time to wait. I told him that i would have to pick it up at 1:45 , so that i could go to a dental appointment. I clarified that if the inspection that it was due for could not be completed by that time, to Only, perform the oil change. At 12:55, the technician sent the video of the inspection and stared that i needed a new battery. I texted Brad twice to replace the battery. At 1:45, i called to see whether the car was completed and left a voicemail for Brad. I ubered to the dentist. While i was in the chair, Brad called me repeatedly saying he was worried about me and my car. I ubered back to the dealer and did not see my car ready to go outside. I was concerned about making my next appointment. Brad did not replace my battery. When i left, my tire light was on. This dealership is inattentive to detail.
