Carvana lies about the service they do on the vehicle you buy from them! They are not doing the "150-point

I'll put pictures up of the first truck that I got from them, too. Hopefully, they haven't put it back up for sale. Nissan Frontier White 2024

Now, the second truck I got dirty, they did send me $100 to get it detailed, lol! I had this truck for a month. The oil light came on, and the sticker says 67k till the next service. The truck says 62k, so I guess they just put the sticker up there for looks. Air filter complete dirty they didn't even open to check it, but they reset that. When I checked the oil, it was dirty and low. I should get a lawyer since they lied on their "150-point inspection." 2018 Ford F150

Such a smooth car shopping process with filters/carfax/KBB prices, financing and paperwork was guided with numbered prompts on the site. I was able to reschedule the appointment a day sooner after finishing up all the online portion, email updates were timely and not spamming. Day of delivery was smooth, call from the driver, arrived within the 3-hour time frame and unloaded the car from the truck, looked inside/outside, gave it a quick drive, signed DMV paperwork. Given assurance of 7-day/100 mile return. Thank you to the driver Jerome and thank you Carvana for the most hassle-fee car buying experience I’ve had in the past 13 years!

Overall the service was convenient and pretty seamless. After I received my car during the 7 day review period. My check engine light came on and I had a hard time getting info about my warranty and where I could go to get the car serviced. I felt like I didn’t have much support.

I recently sold my BMW X5 M to Carvana and it was an easy and seamless experience. And, I received a better deal than the dealer offered where I purchased my new car. I highly recommend you check with them if you’re planning to sell your vehicle.

Offered a very good price for my car, I opted to pay $40.00 for the car to be picked up. They honored the original quote and took less than an hour to take photos, sign documents and take away the car! Easiest process ever to selling a used car.

This was the first time I've ever sold a vehicle online. Carvana made it so easy from start to finish. They also gave me a fair price for my vehicle. They stayed in contact with me the entire time with reminders of my appointment and what to expect on the day of my appointment.
John the person who picked up my vehicle was very professional, friendly and polite.
He made the transaction smooth and quick. I would definitely recommend Carvana to anyone looking to sell a vehicle.

First 7days of my car was fine, the 8th day check engine light came on, a headache I gave to deal with now, searching for a shop that will work with the warranty, not very happy.

I purchased a 2022 Tesla Model 3 and it was my first experience with Carvana; I have purchased about a dozen cars in my adult life so I'm not knew to the car buying process. I wanted to get the federal $4k used EV tax credit and it was hard to find the right car at dealerships in my area. It was much easier to find and purchase on Carvana; this is where the good part of my experience ends. The car was delivered to my house on time but with only 20% battery charge (not a big deal but a bit annoying). I inspected the car and noticed several additional paint issues (scratches, chips etc) that were not shown on the carvana imperfection pictures. This was disappointing but I got past it.
This is were my experience turned for the worse. I noticed that the passenger window wasn't operating properly. I probably should have rejected the car at that point but the Carvana delivery person convinced me that its probably just a minor calibration or software setting needed to fix the window. I quickly researched the issue on google and found several discussions on easily calibrating Tesla windows which eased my concerns (FYI - I am an engineer and I'm not afraid of dealing with tech). The delivery person told me to call a partner company called SilverRock and file a claim to have the window repaired. I carefully inspected everything else on the car to make sure everything was functional; I also knew that I could return the car within 7 days for a full refund. I called SilverRock and they had me drop the car off at their in-network repair shop about 17miles on the other side of town. The shop kept the car for 2 days and could not fix the window issue and suggested (actually insisted) that I take the car to Tesla. What I didn't realize at the time is that this shop stripped several bolts on the door which made it very difficult to work on that door/window again. I called SilverRock and they tried to persuade me to take the car to another in-network shop and not Telsa but I pushed back and said that the previous shop had insisted that Tesla was the place to take this car; they said the window regulator needed to be replaced and no one can currently get that part except Tesla. I repeatedly told the SiverRock representative (Parker) this information but he kept responding with legal-language claiming that SilverRock can not guarantee reimbursement on Tesla repairs since they are out of network. I felt like I was talking to a robot; I was frustrated and this representative continued to cause me more anxiety. I decided to get a quote from Tesla and if the amount was high then I'd probably return the car because I was still within my 7 day window. The estimate was $276 and I scheduled the repair. I then called SilverRock again to update them on the estimate. I got Parker again as a representative. He asked me to ask Tesla to work directly with SilverRock (3rd party) which Tesla doesn't do. He then started giving me a long winded legal disclosure on how SilverRock will not guarantee reimbursement and I would have to pay for the repairs knowing that I may not be reimbursed. I couldn't understand why SilverRock was causing me so much anxiety over a $276 repair on a $26k car purchase. I asked Parker if I could speak to a supervisor; after waiting for several minutes, I spoke to a different representative. This representative was more understanding and convinced me that the reimbursement shouldn't be a problem. The reimbursement is still pending (now 2wks since the repair). I'm not too concerned because its only $276 and my family loves the car. I just didn't like the way Carvana/SilverRock handle customer service. Tesla repair shop in my area was actually awesome to work with. They took care of the window issue fairly quickly (even after showing me how badly the door bolts were striped by the previous shop); they also found other minor issues that they fixed for free. I love the car but I will not recommend or plan to use Carvana's services again.
