We had an amazing experience purchasing a used car here.
We were shopping for a car for my son who is going away to college. John was the person who helped us and what I enjoyed the most was his honest and non aggressive approach. He really listened to what our concerns were and what we were looking for and made sure to match us up with the best fits.
All of the cars he showed us were impressive, but my son was being picky. John was patient enough to try other cars until my son found one he loved. The price was very fair with no attempts at up selling whatsoever.
Without even asking for it, he provided the Carfax vehicle report which was looking really favorable.
Everyone was very professional and laid back, not the least bit pushy. The car inventory selections were great.
The entire experience in buying my son his first car here was perfect. I am extremely grateful we found this place.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Certified Auto Sales. We purchased a car for our teen driver and John made the process easy, with no stress. We took the car to our mechanic before we made the purchase to check out all the major car components. John was very accommodating. When we returned to pick up the vehicle, it looked so nice, I didn't recognize it initially. The interior had been cleaned nicely and the AC had been repaired. John's admin assistance was FABULOUS! She deserves a raise.? Overall, we like the car and the experience was great.

This place and the people who work here are absolutely amazing! We went in a little bit before closing and they stayed after hours with us to help us get our car. They worked with us to help us get approved for financing, and we were able to drive away in our car the same day. We had discussed a cosmetic issue before I purchased my car, and they went above and beyond to get it fixed for me after I made the purchase.
They are trustworthy and honest. I was shown the carfax and the total price of my vehicle before I signed anything. There were no extra or hidden fees. There was no need to negotiate a price because I was getting the best possible price.
This was the easiest purchase I've ever made. It usually takes me days of searching and researching before I make a decision to purchase anything. Especially a vehicle. Here, I looked at a few, but ended up test driving and buying the first car I looked at. The cars are nice, and I felt I could trust John. I didn't feel like he was a typical car salesman. He seemed to genuinely care about what we were looking for and needed for our family.
I feel so blessed to have found this car dealership and to have my beautiful new (to me) family car! Thank you to everyone who helped with the process! You helped us out of a difficult situation and put smiles on my children's faces.

I took my 2008 Mercedes-Benz S550 4matic and for an alternator replacement in October 2023, which was not installed correctly and not grounded causing serious electrical issues triggering many other instruments and components in my car. I then took it back to the shop to have my transmission cooler pipe Repaired, which wasn’t installed correctly, causing my transmission to completely fail. Well as my radio and command center not working at all and now my My air suspension is completely out, and the car will not raise at all other than the two issues that I paid $3500 out-of-pocket to have repaired the car passed smog and got the certificate in September 2023 it has a great car and sad to say it’s completely destroyed with around $20,000 in damage according to Mercedes-Benz I contacted the shop in December and told them about my command and radio not working and they sent $500 back when the transmission failed in March I contacted them and he told me to go F myself which resulted in a complaint file with the California automotive bureau which resulted in another payment of $1000 but that does not fix the issue at hand. I would not recommend anyone take their car to the shop because of these issues I have my management position with UPS STORE currently suffering situations because of this matter. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and definitely consulting with an attorney.

We bought a car for our daughter today and we couldn't be happier! John was excellent! He was helpful, polite and got us a great deal. They had a wonderful selection of well taken care of vehicles. This was by far the easiest and best experience that I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. We have one happy 16 year old!
