As soon as you set foot inside the Citizen Flagship Store you don’t hear the hustle and bustle of what’s happening outside anymore. The store is beautifully laid out.

We were greeted by a lovely gentleman named Tensi Masuda. One thing we established pretty quickly was that Tensi knows his watches! Tensi was patient and not pushy in the slightest (unlike other places we have visited in the past). We received outstanding service from this young man.

The delightful experience resulted in us buying a watch we didn’t need! Self restraint went straight out of the window.

A huge thank you to Tensi and Ned for their patience and professionalism. We left the store thoroughly impressed.

A must visit if you are in the area and looking for excellent service.

I went to the Citizen Flagship Store to buy a watch that would commemorate my annual summer trip to New York. The store is an oasis of calm in the energy of Midtown. There were a number of new watches that caught my fancy. Manny was very patient with me as I tried all of them. When my choice between two, he did not pressure me to buy the more expensive of them. He asked me, "Which one would you wear more often?" My decision made, the purchase completed, the strap adjusted, I left the store a very happy customer.

I’m a watch guy at heart. I’m passionate about watches and they’re a big part of my life. I absolutely loved my experience here, I stopped in on a whim because I like citizen watches, but wasn’t planning a trip here. A lot of other watch stores, especially flagships, can be intimidating for people, especially young people. This was exactly the opposite, it was perfect, since I was traveling with my girlfriend, and her friends, who can’t stand stores like the big brands in the area have. However, don’t be fooled by the welcoming atmosphere, this place is spacious, upscale and beautiful. They have an incredible selection, not just of citizen but also the brands they own, namely Bulova and Frédérique Constant. The ground floor is mostly allocated to citizen, but does have displays for their other brands, while the second floor is more dedicated to their other brands. They have some incredibly unique pieces, I was only in for a short time, but i noticed their ultra-thin (3.8mm!) Eco Drive One, and a collection of incredibly limited edition Frédérique Constant pieces. If i had been alone, I’m sure I would have run around for an extra hour looking at everything and found more interesting pieces. The good news is, you don’t have to be a watch guy to enjoy this store. All the employees were great, but Manny, who helped me from door to sale, is incredible. He’s friendly, knowledgeable, down to earth, and welcoming. I will take absolutely any opportunity to talk about watches with or at anybody who will listen. Manny was in the same boat, and we bounced back and forth for around half an hour, which is one of my favorite things to do. His passion for what he does absolutely shines through, and he was even kind enough to gift me a very cool Citizen alarm clock, based on their Blue Angels pilot’s watch. I didn’t plan on purchasing anything in particular, but I ended up getting the new small second version of the Tsuyosa, and it’s not going to leave my wrist for at least a week. They were having a 20% sale on most of their watches, which is always nice. If you’re in the area and you’re at all interested in watches, it’s worth stopping in. If you like Citizen, this is mandatory. Whoever you are, duck your head in and ask for Manny if you need anything.

I had issue with my citizen watch and went to the store to check if it needed to be repaired. The sales associate Tensi was very nice and helpful. Before sending my watch to the service center, he helped me adjust my watch to the original setting to see if that would solve the problem. It was an old model and has a lot of complications. He was very patient and took the time to adjust my watch. And he was right – it fixed the issue. He helped me save time and money as I thought the watch was broken and needed repair. He is very knowledgable and showed me how to adjust each setting. He also gave me tips of how to prevent the problem moving forward. His professionalism and friendliness truly stood out. I really appreciated his help. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a watch and exceptional service!

I love Citizen watches because they are great pieces of watch tech at a super affordable price. You'll pass a Citizen Tsuyosa watch down to your grandchildren before the Rolex AD sells you anything worthwhile. Had a great experience with Harrison Y as my salesperson. Great shop with watches in all price ranges.

I went to New York for Memorial Day Weekend to take in the sights ?. While there, I brought along a Citizen watch I could not set, no matter how many videos ? I watched. The employee in the middle was happy to take my watch and set the time correctly. While waiting on my watch, I browsed their huge selection of excellent watches. Since the customer service was so great, I purchased two watches ⌚⌚ from the store. One for me and one for my girlfriend. I highly recommend you stop by if you are in Times Square.
