Best car buying experience to date! We happened upon this dealership while searching for a specific used vehicle. EVERY interaction we had was positive.
Although the buying process still is lengthy, our salesperson Lisandra is simply amazing. She knew everything about the vehicle we wanted to test drive. Her personality rocks! Shes not aggressive…she takes your likes and dislikes and addresses them while highlighting the benefits of the vehicle. Benjamin and the sales manager did well to help work within our budget. Luis in finance is wonderful and explained everything in detail. We left feeling and understanding our obligation's and knowing all the good things Courtesy Chevrolet does to keep its new family members happy…especially with the guarantees. You enter as a prospective client and you leave feeling like family.

We had to return a few days later to drop off a traded vehicle item and was welcomed by all of our original peeps. Then, we encountered Joe in Service. Boy, he was the icing on the cake of our overall experience just conversing and welcoming us for a minor thing.

I highly recommend Courtesy Chevrolet is looking for a new or used vehicle!

As always I'm discontent or half satisfied with this Chevrolet Auto Dealership. This time around I went for a motor oil change, door hinges cracked (cover by Ally warranty), two nails in the same tire that I bought there at their shop and any other required maintenance.
It turns out Mr Montana said he would take care of it all. But that wasn't the case. Again, I left half content half satisfied. The truck I took (21' Silverado Rst Diesel) was bought there. Along with the warranty mentioned above that I had to pay extra for and for a 5 year contract. That being mentioned. The oil got replaced and so did the oil filter (I really hope so), the hinges were covered by warranty (thank God), the truck "required" the cabin filter and the engine air filter that got replaced just 4 months ago in February 2024. Which I said no to the filters because they didn't need to be replaced. The tire was not patched as promised and caused me to delay my planned trip so that I can go get it patched or whatever it may need. And lastly the truck didn't even get the 'Courtesy' (ironically) of getting a wash like they use to do a few years ago. I've been with this dealership since 2016 and bought a certified vehicle and a 0 miles vehicle there. And I've been through their service shop lots of times as I always get my vehicles maintenance on the dealership. And almost all the time I have to leave with a little discomfort.
Oh well. They promise but don't deliver at all times. It's the supervisors not the clerks. The supervisors should make it a habit to maintain a good relationship with all customers at all times, for all things.

We didn't purchase our vehicle at Courtesy Chevrolet however we bought an accessory from Chevrolet online & had it shipped there. Once it came in we made an appointment to have it installed. We received prompt and exemplary service. Our service technician did an extraordinary job explaining everything to us & was very friendly. They did an awesome job. We love it & look forward to purchasing more products from them!

I flew in from out of state to take a look at a relatively hard to find & expensive vehicle. I negotiated that Courtesy Chevrolet would provide me with all weather floor mats for the vehicle if I purchased it that day & it was written onto the contract.

Weeks went by, no updates from Courtesy Chevy or floor mats to be found. I called & emailed the sales manager as well as their parts department for updates & was always told that they were working to get my floor mats to me with some added excuse. Months later - they never made good on their promise. It has now been over a year and I ended up having to buy my own all weather floor mats so I have them for the winter.

Unless you enjoy pursuing legal action for what you are owed, I would strongly advise anyone looking for a new vehicle to shop elsewhere.

Hands down to courtesy Chevrolet for offering great service since the moment I walked in. Jackson my sales advisor was very patient and answered all my questions, the sales manager for sealing the deal. Luis in finance was great as well. Will be back for any future purchases, as for now I will enjoy my new Silverado trail boss.
