I got into a fender bender and after a couple of weeks the insurance company said my car had to be salvaged. I had just gotten my car back the day before, after putting $2000 in maintenance into it. I had 72 hrs to get another car. So thankful that I looked at a car from Dan Reed Autos. After 2 earlier visits looking at cars who surprisingly had "dealer add- on fees" I was skeptical about finding an honest dealership. Miguel and Judith were personable, knowledgeable and accommodating. I had to travel out of town for 3 weeks but look forward to enjoying my new car now. Thanks for a great experience.

If you purchase a vehicle from here, be sure YOU MUST take it to a manufacturers service center and have a thorough inspection and diagnostic run on it first.
I bought a car from them that started giving me problems within the first week. Every time I would come to a complete stop, or I would make a sharp turn.The exhaust would start bellowing out huge amounts of white smoke so thick.I could not see the traffic behind me in my mirrors.
I talked to them about it.They agreed to have their mechanic.Take a look at it.
He claimed he solved the problem by cleaning out an oil valve, but it did not fix the problem at all.

I brought it back. They had it for a week and they said they replaced the valve and they wouldn't charge me anything for replacing the valve. I thought I was being taken care of I thought I was given great customer service but I was only being lied to. keeping me in the dark from the truth.

I brought it back again weeks later. Because the problem kept persisting, The next time they had my car for more than a few weeks, and they told me they did a compression test and they couldn't find the problem. But it's running fine, and they released the car back to me and told me there was nothing else they could do for it.

The problem persists to this day. It does not run. The warranty they sold me on it doesn't cover anything wrong with the car.
It has been eight months, and the car has only been functional for half of that time.
It turns out it had major engine problems that needs a complete engine replacement that is going to cost more than the value of the car to begin with.
Every mechanic and insurance agent I have talked to about it since has Said This car was a lemon, and this dealership knew it and they sold it to me with full knowledge of its problems.
Everyone has advised me to take them to court And that is my next step.
They lied to me and it has been nothing but a problem since the first week.I bought it the last eight months of my life have been completely miserable.
Relying on them for this car has put everything important in my life on the line.
My job, my housing, and my family.

I called Dan Saturday night, gave him my information and by Sunday morning I was approved! Uber’d to him for about 2 hours to purchase a car here, due to his reviews and I had a great experience! Dan was extremely helpful over the phone giving me information on the Range Rover I’ve been looking for. My Range Rover only had 1 owner and he had all the maintenance records and car fax! When I got there and met him in person he had the car ready for me. Even detailed and buffed it out with wax! Dan even also helped me with the settings in the car how everything works to head back home! I was disappointed in another dealer I went to Saturday making so many promises and did not deliver. The previous dealership sold cars from an auction like most. I drove 4 hours and they let me down due to “ the financial lenders not being available on weekends” Dan is the plug! His vehicles are strait from the dealerships, and he vets them viciously before he will even consider putting them in his fleet. He knows his He talks and walks the walk! I was in and out in less than 90 minutes. He is a great guy, with a passion for cars and exceptional customer service! Thank you so much Dan for all your help!! DO NOT BUY BEFORE TAKING CAR TO BE INSPECTED THEY ARE DISHONEST! I’ll start off by saying I hate leaving bad reviews, but this dealership truly effed us over when it comes to the car we bought. We bought a Subaru from this dealership last November. Although their service in person was great, the head gasket blew within two weeks of buying the car. They talked us into buying a warranty with them (over $1000), so when we noticed something wrong it was ‘covered’ by their mechanic, who topped off the coolant and said it was fine. We went back and forth to their mechanic when it kept happening, taking long drives and wasting time when their mechanic was late each time. When we called to tell them their mechanic wasn’t helping the issue Miguel argued with us, telling us that their mechanic is trustworthy and ‘knows what he’s doing’. We then took the car to the actual Subaru dealership after the problem kept happening, and they confirmed that not only did the head gasket blow, but the mechanic that Dan Reed Autos uses overfilled the coolant, which could cause even more issues and sprayed everywhere under the hood. Just today the key fobs stopped working for the second time in the first year, this time we removed the whole battery and checked the actual key fob for battery type needed. Dan Reed Autos had stacked two incorrect size batteries on top of each other, I’m surprised they even worked this long and the first time they stopped working my fiancé almost got stranded on a road trip. I really wanted to support a small business but these guys absolutely deceived us.
