I recently visited Downtown Natural Market and was impressed by its cleanliness and wide selection of products. They always have promotion for customers. The staff was friendly, and I had a great shopping experience. Highly recommend!

We live nearby to this market. We regularly purchase organic milk -at a better price than C-town or food town. We always purchase bananas here as well as whatever vegetables we need for cooking.
Recently I purchased coffee online, and mistakenly ordered beans instead of ground. I asked them if I could possibly use their grinder and they said of course. So nice!
They have a great selection of chips and pretzels. I often see people talking to their staff about supplements-they have an extensive selection.
I also purchase soap, dish soap, and dog food there..

Este super mercado vende muy caro y muchos de sus productos se VENCEN o se sienten viejos como los vegetales y luego cuando estan malos los venden a precios mas bajos. Por ejemplo hace 1 año compre huevos en oferta y todos resultaron pichos, tuve que botarlos, y perdi mi dinero; hace 5 dias compre harina para hacer mis panes y resulta que cuando empiezo a hacer mi pan siento un olor fuerte como a vinagre y resulta que la harina estaba VENCIDA. Estoy subiendo un video y una foto que hice hoy 5 dias despues de la compra, el video lo tome desde el establecimiento donde tiene aun la venta de la harina VENCIDA y Ellos estan conscientes de que el producto esta VENCIDO y por eso lo colocan en SALE en lugar de arrojarlo a la basura.

Consejo gratis al Manager:
1) Si bajan los precios les aseguro que no se les quedara la mercancia y por tanto no se les dañara como el turmeric o curcuma que siempre luce seca y vieja o los huevos que estan viejos o los productos que se les vencen.
2) 6 meses antes de vencerse un producto deberia de iniciarse el SALE del mismo, no cuando ya esta VENCIDO.
3) Todo lo que esta VENCIDO es basura, no se vende porque eso es un irrespeto al cliente y además puede acarrear que una persona se enferme o intoxique o hasta una demanda.

En general, este supermecado ofrece una gran variedad de productos orgánicos, keto, paleo, veganos. También se consiguen productos de pastoreo y libres de hormonas y antibióticos; semillas, nueces, frutas, vegetales, quesos, etc. Los precios son altos y la calidad media.

Anyone who cares about their health should take note. There was no Whole Foods Market near my house, so I had it delivered, but I was glad that there was an Organic Market in Jackson Heights. Organic foods and various vitamins are recommended if you live near Jackson Heights. The prices are higher than regular supermarkets.

This place carries so many healthy & vegan things. Nice little loose grains/cereals by the pound next to the produce section. I started coming here for the full array of miyoko's kitchen vegan cheeses (which they sadly don't always have anymore), i keep coming back for the forager project yogurts and everything else.

I used to really like this store. It was clean, well stocked and convenient. For the past few months it has been on a steady decline and now is just so incredibly disappointi and frustrating on everything level. They engage in illegal practives of changing expiration dates and theoretically bread products are moldy. More than once I've purchased meat or bread their to find that they're expired and/or spoiled. They continue to make the entire store so incredibly inconvenient, with the latest roping off of the vitamin department and making it inadequately staffed. Customer services is absolutely terrible and each time I enter that store I end up regretting it. Such a shame.

This review is long over due. It’s not the first time I have issues with other customers not understanding there’s only one line to check out. Today, a woman skipped me. First off, she should of asked if I was in line as a courtesy. Logically if there’s more than one line, I’d choose the shorter line, but she thought she was so smart, so she went to the shorter line. I explained there’s only one line, she clearly became easily agitated. She asked the new cashier, who I never seen if there was one line or two, she response two, so of course she was in the right and I in the wrong. I asked another cashier if that was the case, she told me there’s only one line, so now I’m agitated and neither one apologizes and looks at me like I’m the crazy one, because there’s no clear direction. Not to mention that nasty attitude many of the workers have. I’m not likely to patronize this place, which is a shame, because we need more organic markets in the neighborhood. Perhaps they need competition.
