I had been looking for a good upgrade/22nd birthday gift to myself for a while and after visiting a previous dealership we did find what we liked but didn’t like the deal. We looked online and saw the same car in red but was upgraded and had lower miles which is great! We called and spoke with Dylan right away and made sure the car was ready by the time we got there. As soon as we did we got in and test drove it and asked any other questions we had in the newer addition to the car. We loved it and genuinely talked with Dylan about concerns we had and he right away answered and/or brought out the information regarding said concerns. He was funny and was great conversation. After we got everything in order we went over to Dominic who also was a great conversation, explained everything thoroughly and even gave me something small as one man’s trash is another man’s treasure which was sweet! They both wished me a happy birthday and took great care of us making sure they answered questions, gave waters and made the whole process extremely smooth. I also unfortunately was in my dads vehicle when we went to look at the car and they were able to take certain info that I had and let me take the car that night and bring my car for trade in next day which made me feel super special and was super nice of them! They also let us look at more cars that were possible candidates for my brothers next car and definitely worth coming back to do even though we live in Tempe! Everyone really was fantastic and I will be recommending others to come to this location.

Nothing but a great experience! I purchased a 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid - we worked with Costco representative, Travis. He was very knowledgeable about vehicles and NOT pushy. It was nice to have an actual conversation instead of being pressured for a sale of vehicle; this was his first summer in Az ‍♀️ We also worked closely with Dominic, the finance manager. Nothing but great things to say about him - he worked closely with us to cut down on some costs and also kept us laughing the whole time. The real treat was looking at his business cards - I’ll leave that with you to find out!

Love my new vehicle and could not recommend this dealership enough - ask for Travis and Dominic!!!!

We were helped out by Jim. He was so helpful and patient. He was not pushy and annoying like some sales people can be. He took his time with us but also was very fast with the process. He felt very honest and upfront. We were in and out with exacrly what we wanted within 3 hours and i drove my new car home! What a great experience at this dealership! This experience was the best I've ever had. First off, Adrian greeted us very professional we were than met by Dominic the manager super nice guy. The fastest I've ever been in and out of a dealership and WE got a brand new 2024 hyundai. I rate the whole experience 10/10 I have nothing to complain about. Just leased an all new 2024 Elantra! The finance manager Dominic Ochoa was fantastic! He went through all my paperwork thoroughly and made sure I knew what I was signing !! He did an amazing job!!
