***11/2/2024 I recently had a couple of recalls performed on my Mach-E. Due to the type of recalls, I was entitled to a loaner vehicle or rental, at the dealership's expense. There were no loaners available to Ford contacted a local Enterprise agency. Ford had my car for 5 or 6 days. The rental process was smooth from pick-up to drop off; Ford and Enterprise made it easy.

Ford Fairfield is the dealership I selected when I ordered my Mach-E in 2021; it was delivered July 2022 and it is gorgeous! I have o ly had the 10k and 20k mile services performed. There are two outstanding recalls because the dealership doesn't yet have the necessary parts/fix for the recalls.
When your vehicle service has been completed, the text message/notification you receive should clearly indicate that the service is complete and your car is ready. The customer service clerk who checked you in should also let you know that your car is ready. I had to ask after noticing that my car had been been out front.
I received a couple of texts stating that the dealership was interested in purchasing my car and offering me a deal. I don't want a new car...I want the recalls satisfied.

I recently leased a Ford Mach-E from Fairfield, California Ford, and my experience was outstanding. My sales associate, Sharon, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. She made everything seamless, and I truly appreciated her professionalism. I traded in my Ford Fusion and leased the new Mach-E, and the entire process took only a couple of hours, which was much quicker than I expected.

SERVICE DEPARTMENT REVIEW: They do go above and beyond to make sure you're happy. It's not cheap but for the huge amount of convenience, peace of mind service and customer service it's worth the price. However, I had to knock off a star because the diagnostic fee does not go towards your repair. Even if you get the car fixed there it's a separate fee and I really don't care for that.

I have to give Bryan Rice a shout out for a pleasant experience. We drove down 2.15 hrs from Oroville. What I thought was going to be a stressful experience, Bryan managed to make a pleasant one. Options were somewhat limited and was communicated to Bryan and he pulled exactly what I needed from their inventory! Unexpectedly went home with the F-150 and love it. Bryan's communication on the financing was excellent and took care of me. Very likable staff over there. Everyone was so friendly. I strongly recommend this dealership.I can confidently advise that the process was very comfortable. If you're able, ask for Bryan for 1st class service. Thanks again!
