I went last Friday to Upland Ford to test drive a 2023 Mustang Convertible. I went back Last Sunday and bought it. Victor in the Used Car Sales was fantastic. Very professional, very courteous and no pressure, and kept me updated. Kirby the sales manager was firm but in the nicest and most professional possible way, also no pressure. He did get me the spare I needed, and he offered to have the car delivered once it is detailed. Ray in finance was informative, courteous and also no pressure. It was one of the nicest used car buying experiences that I have had in the past few years. Thank you Victor, Thank you Kirby and Thank you Ray. The car is getting delivered tomorrow I will follow up with another review.
This is a follow up on my review. Victor delivered the car yesterday and it was spotless. He had an updated contract saving me some money from the DMV, Thank you Victor and Thank you Kirby and Ray.

Excellent service experience, making the appointment was easy & they were able to get me in quick. Confirmation text along with the info for my appointment came right away. Everyone I came across was very helpful & professional. Their price on the works oil change was extremely competitive and I liked that it included a full inspection of the car as well. The waiting area inside was adequate & comfortable. I will definitely be returning with my car and telling my friends about my great experience.

I needed a battery for my wife’s car. Went to Ford fleet division on Foothill in Upland. People there were very attentive and answered my questions. I discovered that you can’t just do a simple swap out on the newer cars today. They have a machine that coordinates the new battery with the 40 something modules throughout the car. When I went to pay, the guy brought it up on the computer and couldn’t believe the price. He called someone and got me a much better deal. In the end I was very satisfied with their professionalism and my wife is very happy things are working again. Thank you Ford of Upland

I got great service from Ford of Upland. I was particularly impressed by how accommodating they were. This is not only in terms of being flexible around my preferences and offering me a deal that worked for me. But also, I had my three year old with me who is a handful. All the staff were very understanding and even playing and keeping him busy to allow me to take care of my purchase.
