Gaudin Ford delivered exceptional service. It started with telephone calls with Service Advisor Jose. Over the phone he answered my questions and had me also speak to Kevin in parts, both gentlemen offered top notch help. When I did come into the dealership, Jose continued with his personal service. The two ladies on the inside at the first desk was also nice and helpful. Jose offered the valet service. This service was at no charge and they took me from their dealership across the valley to Anthem CC. When the vehicle was ready they also delivered it to us, also at no additional charge. The young men that handled the valet service were also nice and polite..Outstanding Service, Thanks to All, Jimmy and Kristen

I've had two experiences with Gaudin Ford and both have been great. I feel their prices for the Service Department are very reasonable and I trust they do a good job. When I was getting my shocks replaced I asked if they had a certain type and they didn't, but said if I brought in the ones I wanted they would install them and deduct the price of the materials.

They provided a shuttle to bring me home, and dropped off my truck when they were done. I couldn't ask for much more. Also, Mikayla was great to work with. Thank you!

My service has always been done at Ford Country. I stopped here to have a tire checked out that had a screw in it and decided to have the oil changed as well because it was due. They couldn't fix the tire because of the age. Ok, fine I understand you have rules and regs to follow. $90 for an oil change, top of fluids, but tires were not rotated because of the screw issue. Not even a complimentary car wash. I won't be visiting again. My service will continue at Ford Country.
