I enjoyed coming to this place... However, the profiling here has got to stop. I did not enjoy getting looked over for practically every movement I did in the store.

This is one of the only hair stores ever where I can say that the employees are friendly and don't treat you like you're stealing. That means a lot to me. I love this place. I always come here first for affordable quality hair and just about everything beauty related. I reccomend this place highly. The owners are nice and so are the staff, especially the man who works in the wig section.

The manager is very rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. You can only try 3 wigs per visit but he did not disclose that information until the 3rd try.

I love this beauty supply store because they are beyond helpful. I like how big the location is which gives a lot of options. I would rather drive 30-35 minutes to this store because of the great customer service experience.

So many options, one of the largest hair supply stores I've seen. Probably has every hair I've seen styled on YouTube tutorials. Make sure to have some idea of the hair you would like because you could spend a long time just looking through the options. Friendly staff as well! Reasonable prices

Like a mall of it own of just hair and accessories for hair. The owner is so sweet, professional, and courteous, and she's so helpful. The security/sales guy is super knowledgeable, professional, and polite. I've taken so many ppl there to show them that the guy at the front door knows my face as well as the female owner. you would think I was a promoter. Lol! I love it. ?

Hair World is a small shop but you can get whatever you want in hair products. The price is reasonable as yet. The cashier is very courteous and welcomes everyone that walks in the store. It gives a welcoming atmosphere. The sales person is very helpful as well. I always leave there getting everything I want and then some. ?
