Mr Youngs purchased a brand new cooling fan assembly from us and returned something completely different, he returned a heavily used and damaged cooling fan assembly thats NOT even the same manufacture we sell. He took the new one and sent back the used one. this is theft. we messaged several times with no response. A Very dishonest person!

I was even given Lyft credit so that I could go elsewhere while waiting for my car service to be done. Of all the years I’ve been coming here, I never had an issue nor did they try to upsell me something I didn’t need cause they always asked.

Having Mona help me all these years has been a treat and I never had any issues with her. She compliments my car and does so with a smile, which I appreciate. Only thing I wish is that they were still open on Saturdays for service but thankfully I don’t live too far for me to make the trip out here any other day of the week.

My first impression of Hayward Mitsubishi was great, mainly because of the manager, Ali. He's a great guy who treated us like family.

Unfortunately, my second experience was disappointing, and that's what this review is about. After a 2-hour drive to the dealership, I was greeted by Mona, but not in a friendly manner. I had to email her the coupons for service and other discounts—it felt like she didn’t trust me. She also made the bill more than the usual amount (you're Mitsubishi, not Mercedes). I ended up not getting the oil change and asked them to check a grinding noise coming from the front left side. Mona asked the mechanic to take a test drive with me, but there was no noise during the drive. Since the noise didn’t occur, the mechanic didn’t even bother to inspect the wheel.

I didn’t have an appointment today and Mona took me in and it was 3 in the afternoon and asked her to help me out with an oil change service because I was going on a long trip the next day to Arizona and she made it happen. I really appreciate the customer service that I was given. This attention speaks volumes about your staff at your company. Make sure she gets acknowledged for her care. Hopefully a bonus. She deserves it.

I got a 2024 Outlander last year and there some issues with the cupholder leather in the middle row and with driver’s window as well. I went to San Jose mitsubishi and they were trying to charge me for these issues. The crazy thing is my car is still under warranty. So came here and their representative Mona Santos helped me with everything with a smile. Never had a car dealer treat me like family. I would highly recommend coming here and talking to Mona, she will do her best to help you.

First time taking my newly purchased Outlander in for service. Mona the service manager was so kind. She answered all my questions and made sure I understood what all would be done for the big service. She further looked for discounts and applied them to the bill. She also helped me secure a Lyft
and provided $10 to the trip. As the waiting area fiilled up I was struck by how pleasant she was to everyone and making sure everyone had what they needed to be comfortable, just like a good hostess. Definately a good experience.
