The team at Hilltop Kia was so amazing when I was purchasing my new Telluride. I had reached out to about 5 dealerships around the bay and these guys hands down were the best and had the best price. They worked with me and remained patient with me while we worked out the details of me getting the car. Moe, Lewis, and their Sales Manager, Sean, were great and I didn't feel at all like I was being "sold". They were real and genuine with me through the whole process. Even the finance manager, William, was great to work with. I've bought a few new cars in my lifetime and I've never had this great of an experience. I would absolutely go back to them because of how easy they made it and how genuine they were. Thank you Moe, Lewis, Sean, and William!!! I'll be sure to send people your way if they are in the market for a Kia.

Originally I left a 5 star review raving this place. Quick & Dirty. My credit numbers suck. Come in here looking for a Dodge Hornet. Convinced to get a Kia, “because they approve a lot of customers with lower credit.” They sold me on a Niro which my partner signed for. They even had me test drive a used car when I told them repeatedly I didn’t want a used car. Overall I thought the guy was friendly and nice and let my guard down. It’s sales tactics. What they didn’t tell us is that the extended warranty and tire package they so eagerly included was coming out of my pocket. Aren’t you supposed to ask someone if they want something they are paying for? Instead they added additional cost to my loan without even telling me they were… and when you reach out to the guy that sold you the car, get this: “ I just sell the car. There’s no profit that goes towards me for selling any of those items.” Hmmmmmn. But, someone clearly has an interest in slipping those things into my loans without discussing costs. Apparently it is the finance managers job to go over those items… seems like a huge miscommunication on your teams end. No ownership or responsibility. If you’re in a tight spot, watch what you’re signing for. They will take advantage of you. Why would I want to pay more money for things when I’m already having a hard time getting a loan in the first place. How do you have your customers best interests if this is how you do business?

P.S. It is also customary to be transparent with your customers to discuss products they are paying for. Wait, I’m too worried about whether my loan is getting approved. Maybe I was having such a hard time getting approved for these loans because you added costs without telling me?! Sounds kind of illegal right? Details about what the benefits are of these packages, are they transferable, what types of items are covered. At what point during your sales transaction did we review that I am paying for products in the total cost of my loan? I hope you honestly keep recordings of these transactions and review them carefully. Those are all questions aside from the cost that should be discussed with someone. “Tipping is also customary, but not if the person asking for it thinks they deserve it simply because it’s customary.” Your statements make no sense & your reply is bogus. In the future when trying to resolve customer complaints, you do have my direct number to contact me to recitfy the issue right? Or does the customer always have to correct your mistakes?
