I wanted to wait until my entire process was done before doing my review. The vehicle is used. I expect there to be some cosmetic issues. Mechanically it is sound. I have put about 2500 miles on it already.

Sales experience
My sales person was Iran. He was outstanding. I reside in Indiana and saw this on Auto trader. I contacted the dealership and Iran took pictures and videos. He took the time to have the mechanic pull the dipstick for transmission fluid and oil. He never once pressured me to purchase. He rolled with it just like me. Once the purchase was completed he made sure the vehicle was ready for shipment and get everything sorted.

Sandy was amazing. I had an issue with my BMV needing the title of the vehicle and when I contacted Sandy she had worked through every issue and got it all sorted out. Very quick and precise and made sure I had everything I needed to get it titled and registered.

I had a frustrating experience trying to purchase a 2023 Chrysler Pacifica Pinnacle van. After arriving with my family at the Hays Lane location, we were informed the van had issues and was no longer available. The salesman offered a similar van at a higher price, but both vehicles had dead batteries, causing long delays. After waiting a long time with no communication from our salesman, we were leaving and while outside the salesman finally appeared. His attitude worsened when I discussed financing and pricing. The lack of customer service was a bit much, and we ultimately left without purchasing.

UPDATE:
The General Sales Manager reached out personally to address our experience at the dealership, even going as far as interrupting his vacation to ensure a proper resolution was found. We communicated multiple times to discuss what had transpired, and he also had his Sales Manager contact us. The Sales Manager gave me a call, and we discussed the events that unfolded on the day of our visit. Both the General Sales Manager and the Sales Manager were incredibly understanding and genuinely apologetic, expressing a strong desire to make things right.

It's rare to find businesses today that will go the extra mile to identify where things went wrong and actively work to resolve the situation. This team truly cared about our experience and demonstrated a genuine commitment to improving from it. Their level of care and professionalism is refreshing.

The Sales Manager presented us with an updated offer, which we accepted, and arranged for us to work with Kevin at the Main Street location. We had originally met Kevin during our first visit, and he left a great impression—polite, personable, and never pushy. We were happy to return a few days later to work with him. Kevin provided the best service and customer experience I've ever had while buying a car. My wife and I felt like we were talking to a friend, and after just an hour and a half, we drove away with a new van. I can't say enough good things about Kevin—if you're shopping here, ask for him; he’s fantastic to work with.

We also had the pleasure of working with Andrew in Financing, who was equally great. He was friendly, thorough, and efficient. He explained all the options clearly without any pressure, letting us choose what made sense for our family.

I recommend this dealership. They truly value their customers and will go above and beyond to ensure you're taken care of.

My wife and I were looking to add a New Vehicle to our Mopar Family. At the time we had a 22 TRX, a 2018 Durango SRT and a 2016 Hellcat. We loved the Cat, but, it was time to upgrade and get a piece of History, a "Last Call". I reached out to "Nascar" who I had worked with in the past. When I showed my wife the 2023 "Last Call" Sublime Green Charger "Swinger Edition" that was it. She loves that color. Nascar and I worked out the details via Text and Email. Drove our Cat up to Hoblit and drove away with our piece of history in record time. I currently use Hoblit for our oil changes now. It's worth the drive to Woodland. Thank you so much Nascar!
