We hadden bij dit hotel geboekt en betaald. Bij het inchecken bleef men volhouden dat we in het andere Hyatt moesten zijn, wat niet klopte. Er was geen enkele medewerking om dit op te lossen, men bleef ons naar het andere hotel verwijzen. Jammer dat het niet een beetje flexibeler kan

My husband and I were visiting from Seattle. We stayed the first night at the Red Lion and it was just awful! We found the Hyatt online and booked a room for the remainder of our stay, we called the hotel to see how early we could check in and they told us the room we ready and we could check in early without a fee! The room was so spacious and clean. The bed and couch were clean and comfortable, the bathroom and shower were big, clean and easy to use. The staff was so friendly and engaging and the convenience of having a bar/restaurant downstairs was an added bonus. I can't think of one bad thing to say. We will definitely stay here again next time we're in town!

This was my 2nd stay with Hyatt Place Boise & it was a great!

The hotel is clean, rooms are nice, beds comfy, the pool is heated and very nice. The breakfast buffet is good, coffee bar great.

The lobby is nice with lots of seating. The bar is stocked & really nice area to hang.

The team is welcoming & friendly! Great place to stay in Boise!!

This is not a hotel with room service or other high-end services and amenities. But it deserves 5 stars for overall value. The hotel is clean and well laid out. The rooms are likewise clean and spacious. Amenities are basic, but they have a number of items at the desk should you be in need. The exercise room is decent with new equipment. The outdoor heated pool and hot tub, with heated pool deck, was clean and well-kept. The free breakfast was a nice selection and pretty good. The downtown restaurants and walking district are just a few short blocks away. Neighborhood felt safe overall. And only about 15 minutes from the airport! Finally, all staff we spoke with were friendly and helpful, even the front desk person with 10 minutes left on her overnight shift.

Considering we've paid a lot more for lesser accommodations, rude service and worn furnishings, this place was an incredible value. Definitely will stay here again when in Boise.

You cannot beat the location of this hotel when visiting Boise. This is a central location in a very walkable city. Staff was friendly and responsive. Our room was big and very clean. The breakfast wasn't great, but there are places to walk to very nearby as well. I highly recommend staying here for business or pleasure.

This is the second time I have stayed here for work this year. It is clean and comfortable and walkable to everything downtown Boise has to offer. It’s about a $10 or $15 Uber ride from the airport. The staff is always extremely helpful and friendly. Standard Hyatt Place breakfast but I usually walk to one of two coffee shops across the street. When I come back next summer, I will book it again.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room and entire hotel were clean and no issues.Outdoor pool was a great option for both of us and there were so many places to go to within walking distance for food and shopping. If you go there check out Freak Ally!!!! Very cool for the whole family and only about a 5 block walk.

We switched hotels at the last minute because they had an outdoor pool! We were just here for one night, had a concert at the knitting factory. We were able to walk to and from the concert! Our flight was later in the day and Kayla at the front desk was so accommodating! We checked out of our room and were able to hang out at the pool until we needed to head to the airport! Her hospitality was top notch! We will definitely recommend this hotel and will be back for our next trip to Boise. She made our stay so much more enjoyable!
