I corresponded back and forth with Raymond who was much more responsive than other closer located Hyundai dealers hence driving down from Mountain View area to Gilroy to get my Ionic 6 instead of using one of the many other dealers. The team worked with me to get a good deal and I left same day with a car that worked for me (Ionic6). In general I hate the dealership processes and wish they were more streamlined but if you're trying to get any EV other than Tesla you'll end up working with a dealership. In looking for my next car I reached out to over a dozen dealers on different cars, and ended up here because I got the best deal and the most straightforward buying process. Block out an afternoon and do the same if you're also looking for a Hyundai.

It was raining when I picked up my car so they also offered me a detailing that I can come back for when the weather is better so I can enjoy the new car shine once the weather is clear. Nice touch and service to be able to offer. Much better than the approach of the GM dealer I got my previous Bolt from.

My husband and I recently had an outstanding experience with a car representative (Jacob Salcido), He exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we walked into the dealership's lot, he kindly approached us and he was not very pushy at all! He showed us all the cars that we wanted to check out for our daughter, Jacob was very attentive, knowledgeable, and GENUINELY interested in helping us get find the perfect DEAL! I was refered to this place and contact info by a friend of mine, Serafin answered all my questions over the phone and gave the full details upfront on the text. So that I could make a decision before I could travel to their showroom.other thing I liked about the sales person is he was very accommodative and not pushing us to get the deal done in a hurry. I recently leased a Hyundai Ioniq 6 Limited from Hyundai Gilroy, and it was a great experience. The customer service was great from beginning to end. My journey started with a phone call with Grant. He was extremely friendly and made me feel good about what was to come. Steven, my salesperson, took the time to show me all of their many Ioniq 6's when I went there in person. He worked hard to make sure I got the right model for my needs. Steven was both friendly and professional during the test drive. He asked thoughtful questions to make sure the car would work for my lifestyle. He patiently answered all of my questions and worries, and he even told me a few funny stories to make the experience even better.

I had some trouble selling my last car at a different dealership, but Alex, the desk manager, saved the day. He helped me understand my choices and made sure my payment went smoothly. His information about how the business works was very helpful. Working with Thomas in finance was a breeze. Going through the finance process can be difficult at times, but Thomas made the process easy and stress-free. He carefully went over all the paperwork and the final numbers with me, making sure I understood and was okay with every part of the deal. Shaheeda was also very important in completing my experience; she helped me with the closing and introduced me to what it's like to own a Hyundai. It was very helpful to get her advice on what to expect from the dealership moving forward.

Simply put, leasing a car from Hyundai Gilroy was the easiest and best experience I've ever had with a dealership. My wife and I stopped by Hyundai of Gilroy on our way to Costco to look at upgrading our 2022 Kona to a bigger car (Sunday the 17th). When we got there we were approached by a sales person who was very nice and asked if he could help. I forgot his name but I said to him that my wife and I are looking maybe to upgrade our Kona and just stopped by to see what was available. He said sure look around if I have questions he would be over by the building. It was nice no pressure since we basically were window shopping. Then my wife wanted to look at the Tuscan and the Santa Fe so we went to get the guy and he said sure lets look at them. So we checked them out and while we were looking the sales person came back and introduced us to Chris and Said I work in used cars Chris can help you with the new cars, I said great. Chris was the same no pressure we looked at more cars and then my wife liked the tuscan so Chris offered us to test drive it. My wife loved it but we said we need to do some shopping we told him we liked the car and to see how much we could get on a trade in and call us with the amount and the best price we could buy the Tuscan at. 3 hours later Chris called us and said my boss needs to look at your trade in and gave us the price we would pay for the Tuscan do we want to come down and get the process rolling. We asked if we could do the credit stuff over the phone so we wouldn't have to wait while we drove in from Hollister. Chris said great and we did the stuff over the phone. When we got there Chris was ready for us and they checked out the Kona and gave us a very nice trade in value on the car. It took us less than 30 minutes to hash out the details for the car and we had a deal. Chris was wonderful he has contacted me a few times since we got the car to check on how we liked our new Plug in hybrid Tuscan and we love it. Let me just say it's nice to go to a car dealer and not be pressured to buy a car, we are there if we like your cars we will come back or buy it then we don't need to be pressure. No Pressure from Chris it was a breath of fresh air. One more thing when we got home with the car the next day I looked through it and found that we were missing the cargo cover in the back, I texted Chris asked him about it and he said sorry for that I can come in and they will make it right. I came in the next day and Chris installed our cargo cover and thanked me again for purchasing the car and I went on my way. Since the we got the car Chris and his manager called me to make sure my wife and I were satisfied with our purchase and let us know that if we have questions, problems, or concerns to give them a call and they will do there best to fix it.
