We used Kind by Nature from soon after my baby was born until he potty trained. They are so pleasant to work with and flexible. They let us try out different diaper sizes and options as my baby grew. They are accommodating of vacation weeks, and never got annoyed when we occasionally forgot to put them out. Would definitely recommend!

We are so grateful to Kind By Nature for providing such an amazing and supportive service! Our first child was born in CA and we used a cloth diaper service there, but we never thought we would be so lucky to find an even MORE amazing diaper service here in MA. We loved Kind By Nature so much, we were actually sad when our second child potty trained sooner than expected!

I truly know we couldn't have used cloth diapers without Kind by Nature Diaper Service. They took all the intimidation out of the process. They offered tutorials, but since we used cloth before with our first in California, we didn't need any. It was nice to know the support was there if we needed it though. They picked up our dirties and replaced them every week with spotless diapers and we always had the perfect amount. Getting in touch with someone for questions or changes in sizes or scheduled pickup was so easy over text message! We got great help with picking out diaper liners and creams ok to use with cloth too. Christine was just so amazing to work with, so supportive and so helpful.
It was also nice to see a friendly face every week and get to know the people who were helping us make our dream for cloth diapered children come true!

BTW... Both my kids used cloth diapers, and both potty trained for day (at or before 2 years) and night (at or before 3 years) !) earlier than expected.

The delivery service is excellent, the product is great, but the customer service is the best part of the Kind by Nature experience. We have been using the Kind by Nature cloth diaper service for the past 3 1/2 months. I have nothing but positive things to say! The staff are friendly and thorough. I feel completely comfortable reaching out to them with any questions. Before I signed up, Christine spent an hour with me on the phone giving me all the details that I needed! It’s clear that they truly care about their customers, as evidenced by the fact that there is no contract, and they even said that if we decided we wanted to wash the diapers ourselves (no thank you!) they would teach us how!
I was quite worried about getting used to cloth diapers when I have never changed a diaper ever in my life before I had my baby, but they are pretty easy and only take about 15 seconds more than putting on a disposable diaper. I was also worried about odors, but the pail really keep the room odor-free when the lid is shut.
I have definitely talked their service up to friends; it is wonderful that Kind By Nature makes using cloth diapers and helping the environment accessible.
