My Initial review was below. After posting it Lumber Liquidators reached out to me t make things right. Not only did they apologize, they refunded our money and replaced the damaged flooring. When I went to pick up the replacement boxes the people there were very nice and helpful, the manager Nicole was awesome, and everything went well.
Thanks to LL for cleaning this up. The floors look great in our new home!

With so many choices for flooring, there is no reason to use these people. We spent over $10,000 here and when our floors arrived two of the boxes had been smashed by a forklift. When I called, the manager Nicole said that I should just cut out the damaged pieces and use the rest as smaller scrap for edges etc.
They would not give me new boxes.
This place is not any cheaper than anywhere else even though they call themselves "Liquidator". Any big box store is going to be cheaper, and any specialty floor shop is going to have much better product and customer service. Use these people at your peril. They are not an honorable business.

Horrible company. Used there Nirvana Cherry laminate flooring and it separated and the joints swelled throughout home. As General Contractor serving Sonoma County I recommend staying clear of this business. Completely defective product and they would not honor there warranty. Buyer beware.

While the store itself was fine…products on display, etc…and the staff knowledgeable, communication is not their strong suit. Call backs were either non-existent or delayed making me make several calls to get things done. Instructions (I had the installation done by their contractor) were unclear and sometimes just incorrect, causing an unnecessary trip to the store and project delays. In the store itself, the people were nice but either understaffed or inefficient. Apologies were profuse, but reality was a visit that could have taken 10-15 minutes took over an hour.

Found really great prices with eco choices that I care about. Plus I had a wonderful experience with Julio. Incredibly helpful, no hard upsales. Plus a great sense of humor. Which for me gives 2 thumbs up. I really appreciate being treated like a human being and not just a dollar sign. I highly recommend them here, even if you have to drive a distance like I did!

Not a family friendly establishment. We went in with our two year old son for a quick look, just before making a decision on a flooring purchase between this store and another. Was quickly made to feel unwelcome and as a result, immediately left the store. Upon viewing two floor samples we were very interested in buying, my son, whom we watched closely, playfully walked across one of the two samples my spouse had placed down on the floor to compare. We were quickly shunned and told in an annoyed manner "not to let him to do that, as then, she would have to clean them off". It's not like we just trekked through the mud. The samples were not dirtied or damaged, but our chance of buying anything here was. Hope it's worth it to completely lose a sale because the small, off chance that you might need to wipe a sample down. Floors are to be walked on anyway. Shouldn't we be wiping them down periodically anyway with covid and the flu going on?

Where do I start, Jason Marshall and his team, at the Santa Rosa LL store, are a wonder - personable, knowledgeable, customer service oriented and dependable! We have been in the design/build services for decades and are so appreciative of the professionalism and product value he brings to clients. We never have to worry about follow through with his presence as part of the clients’ team to procure and deliver what we need for their projects. Jason is a rare find in an industry that is generally full of lack in customer service. We would throw rose petals at his feet – if they would let us 

I purchased with you. We had a rude salesman who told us there was no discounts, but our product was in stock. So, we ordered at full price. Then we got a call from him 10 minutes later saying our product was not in stock and he would have to order it online. He still would not extend us a 5% discount which is offered online and if we had ordered it we would have gotten the discount. Product came in, my husband picked it up and had to load it himself, no help. WOW now it’s starting to get really bad. Then our transition strips never came in pushing our contractor out even further but offered us to come in and pick something close to it, this is after a month. Then once home, the product (flooring) was damaged. Called Nicole, no return for open boxes due to COVID – policy is on the door – rude and never explained anything like that to us at purchase time. No transparency only “you should have read it on the door.” So, we had to purchase more, no discount – so burned us good all the way around, also pushed our contractor out again! She, Nicole, also got smart with my husband and said at least we didn't charge you for the transition strips you picked out - WOW their error and with an attitude. NEVER ORDERING/RECOMMENDING THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE EVER.
