I had the most amazing experience at Lush yesterday for a private party with my group of cousins, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Bry and Lisa! They were the absolute best hosts—super friendly, organized, and made sure everything went perfectly. From the moment we walked in, they made us feel welcome and kept the energy high throughout the whole event. My group had a blast, and it’s all thanks to their amazing hospitality. If you’re looking for a fun, personalized experience, I can’t recommend Lush (and Bry and Lisa!) enough!

i came here for a lush birthday party and it was such a blast!!! they were definitely delightful and had so many different games, left with goodie bags!! im so glad i came! Lisa and Bry were so nice, fun and superrr awesomee!!! i would definitely recommend someone to have a party event here!!! thank you so much guys ✨

Today we had my daughter’s 10th birthday party at LUSH Westchester—it was an amazing experience for her and her friends! Amaya kept in touch after booking up until today. She explained all the options and the difference between all the options and products. Party Day was such a special, fun experience. Makate was super welcoming and worked so well to engage a group of 6 4th graders. They enjoyed learning about the products and of course getting their hands messy and mix the ingredients to make the mermaid bubble bar. I’m so thankful we got to spend the morning with Amaya and Makate. I think any LUSH party would be a great time, but these young ladies made it the best time ever!!! Thank you!!!

I went into Lush earlier today after a very stressful morning. Kiara helped me as soon as I walked in the door and was so attentive, friendly, and understanding. We did a mini pampering session with some products that I haven't tried before and went over my current routine. It was great to try out some new things before buying and now I have some new favorites!
I have been a Lush customer for many years. While I have always found the customer service to be top notch, Kiara sets the bar very high! She went the extra mile to make sure I felt better after the crazy start to my day and left feeling happy with my new products. I sincerely appreciate her kindness and look forward to visiting Lush Westchester again very soon.

I just had the most amazing experience at Lash in the Westchester’s with Amaya and her coworker Chelsea. Amaya was a doll, she helped me with everything that I needed and found all the perfect products for me and we even sampled a few things. Chelsea as well cosigned on behalf of Amya and the products she was showing me all and all both women were excellent at assisting me, and made me feel very welcome!!!

Today, I came to Lush to get a last minute gift. I was a little indecisive but knew what I wanted in a gift box. Amaya was bubbly, amazing, patient and super helpful. She showed me a few different options and we finally settled on one. Whenever I come to this store, I’m always greeted by all staff, and asked if I need assistance. Great customer service especially around the holidays is a plus. This is why I will always be sure to visit this Lush location.

Lisa and Amaya are literally just gems . Lisa explained everything so well and really took her time with her demonstration of the lush products I picked out . Lisa was so personal and has very admirable people skills ! Amaya had such a great customer service, she rang me up at the register and even hand picked some samples for me. Amaya also informed me about the lush spa that has recently opened up in the city. Had such a great experience at lush!

I have a wife and several aunts and sisters. This store gets it done and the customer service is amazing.

I have been to this location a couple of times already and each time the service was instinctively exactly what I needed.

They have all kinds of products like soaps and bath accessories which I personally have never used but I know my wife loves it. I think all of these things are consumables like soaps or bath bombs and not scrubbers or that sort of thing. There are items from $5 up to the 9 bomb set I purchased for $80. They are on first floor of the mall.

I did not ask for great service or appear as though I am particularly needy but these employees have delivered a 10/5 experience. Let me explain.

I went in on Mother’s Day because I was out with the kids to keep them busy and let mom relax. I wanted to get something special for my wife while I was away from her. We went to the park and then to the mall for something from Lush. When we got inside the store and the employees immediately greet you with a warm friendly conversation.

They saw I had two young kids and was not looking to shop around much. They offered to show my kids a bath bomb while I decided which multi product preassembled box I wanted.

There are a lot of price ranges and sizes but I know the ropes already. I pointed to a larger one on the floor. These boxes are really nice looking and presentable.

As I am doing this my two children were amazed by the bubbles and colors and I let them pick one for a bubble bath another time ($6-8?). I quickly snuck to the other side of the small store and quietly paid. The employees threw in another couple small items as gifts and I was out in less than five minutes.

Flawless execution on their part. How could I not want to come again and spend money at a place with this memorable of an impulsive shopping trip?
