I decided I wanted to buy a new Dodge Ram 1500. I went to this dealership to see and test drive one. As soon as I stepped out of my Chevy I received a friendly smile and Greeting from Captain Nando. He listened to what I wanted and took me straight over to the truck. He very thoroughly explained ALL of the features. I was extremely impressed. By far the best, friendliest and most thorough sales person I have dealt with when buying a vehicle. We sat down to discuss the 2025 Ram 1500. He and another gentleman diligently looked through paperwork to try to find the exact truck color along with features that I wanted. Being it is a 2025 unable to find the color. I decided I would buy the White truck I test drove. Captain Nando and Michael knew I was running short on time as I needed to be to work. Everything was straight forward.
I had to go back the next day to pick up the truck. There it was bright shiny and new parked horizontally in front of the dealership. Captain Nando came on his day off and greeted me out front. We sat in the truck while he programmed radio stations for me along with my cell phone. He went over many of the features again and asked if I had any questions. He even gave his cell number to contact him with any questions or concerns. I have text him with a few questions and he responded right away.

I would most definitely recommend this dealership for purchase and or servicing of a vehicle.

Big shout-out to Captain for going above and beyond! He not only helped me pick out my dream truck and worked with me to make my payments exactly where I wanted them to be, but my fiancé and I were on vacation from Nevada when we bought my truck, and somehow the paperwork got messed up, and my truck ended up registered in California. When my fiancé first notified them of the mistake that had been made, he was told (by someone else) that there was nothing they could do and that we would have to contact the DMV in California. We ended up calling back and were able to get a hold of Captain, who immediately apologized for the mistake and assured us that he would look into it, knowing that we had explained our situation of living in Nevada, where we would be registering our truck. He called us back within hours and told us we would have a full refund in the mail in a couple of days. Everyone makes mistakes, and things can often not go as planned, but it's how you handle a situation that makes a difference. Not only did Captain provide outstanding customer service from the moment we started looking for a truck, but when things got a little messed up, he went above and beyond to fix the mistake and make his customers happy and excited to buy any vehicle from him in the future. Thank you, Captain, from two loyal customers! I highly recommend anyone who wants to buy a vehicle to go to Captain—I can promise you will be satisfied.

Amazing service. I don’t even own a dodge and I will take all my vehicles here from now on. They recently had to repair my vehicle from damage Toyota did to my Toyota and dodge was very professional, very detailed, very trust worthy, and very timely. They have a team dedicated to giving the best service there is. I haven’t ever been to any dealership (and I’ve lived all over America) where the service and staff was so on point. We went into Mullahey Ram in paso. Worst experience we have ever had in buying a new car. And we have bought several.
A man by the name of Fernando, picked us up in his little cart while we told him we were interested in the truck he picked us up from. While we rode along, he asked if we wanted him to drop us off at our car. We said no, we were there to do a trade in and told him the truck we wanted. He began talking to us about the sticker price on the truck, etc. I asked him if we could go inside and discuss the numbers and options because it was hot as hell outside yesterday. We walked inside and sat at a table. We started to tell him how much we owe on our car that we wanted to trade in, and how much Carmex offered on trade in value. He seemed almost annoyed with the information we provided. He walked over to the finance manager and came back with a print out - without checking our credit. And said that “if Carmax offered you any money then you should go there and take it” - And that if we didn’t have $20,000 in cash to put down - then there’s nothing he can do for us. All the numbers on the form were not correct to the total at the bottom, and when we asked why he didn’t want to run our credit to see what we would qualify for, and also asked questions about money listed on the form - he said “yeah I don’t know what all that means”. I’m not sure how or why he decided to not run our credit or to do business with us. It felt like he profiled us and judged us without any merit. The finance manager never gave us the time of day either.
I’m not sure why anyone calls him “Captain” - but he sure as hell sunk their ship by doing this.
Before anyone wants to say how “nice” this man is… he’s clearly only kind to his loved ones and himself. And that is not a good attitude to have when you’re in SALES.
We ended up going to Ford nearby. And with my 800+ credit score, Ford matching us with Carmax’s report, and we left there with a brand new, fully loaded F150.
I run across hundreds of people through my work, and for as long as anyone asks me about car dealerships I will ALWAYS express my experience and suggest they spend their money somewhere else.

Horrible experience. Horrible customer service. You should never judge someone’s finances.

I live almost 1,800 miles away, and I just purchased a Used Jeep Renegade from Carson. He was VERY helpful and such a pleasure to work with! Without being there to see it in person, I inevitably asked about a billion questions and he was so patient and thorough throughout the entire process. I ended up having an independent inspection done on it through Lemon Squad, and their report matched everything the dealership had shared with me which made me feel very confident that I could trust everyone at Mullahey. They arranged an absolutely wonderful driver named Bob who was so kind and delivered it to me in one piece despite blizzards hitting him across his travels! The Jeep is exactly as advertised, but perhaps even better! They did an immaculate job detailing it, Bob even washed it before delivering it to me! It feels like a brand new car despite almost 50K miles, and being a 2015. I couldn't be happier with the entire process, and would hands down purchase another vehicle from them in the future, even if I still live so far away! I highly recommend everyone at Mullahey and sincerely thank them for a fabulous Jeep I'll love for many years to come! And a very special thanks to Carson! You were fantastic!

Hands down worse service I have had in my life these people are criminals. Had my recalled water pump go out on vacation in December. Found out from Mopar that it was recalled 2 days ago. Was told by Mopar to take my truck to Mullahey. Made an appointment for January second to fix the hubs on my truck I wrecked when I lost control from my water pump and belt breaking. When I got there I was told that no one wrote my appointment down so I had to come back on the 5th. When I asked if it would do more damage to my truck drinking it home and back they said if the ABS light is not on and I am not experiencing and steering problems I will be fine. On the 5th while driving down 47 my front axle broke. This repair capstone $7,600 for a 2016 truck I paid $68,000 for, all because Mopar didn't tell me about a recall and Mullahey decided to over book thief appointments. The repair was supposed to take 10 days took 18. I had my oil changed before I left on vacation, and checked it when the water pump went out. It was full when I dropped it off to Mullahey and had never been low in the 2 years I've owned it. When I picked it up it was completely drained of oil. Luckily my dad did not trust Tom and had me check. When I went in and told my service rep Tom he said wow your truck is burning oil. IT BURNED 2 QUARTS in 17 days of sitting in their lot. I took my truck immediately to jiffy lube and no leaks were found but they wanted to know how I went threw so much oil in so few miles, and asked if I drained it.
This place is full of crocks and cowards that will slime you out of any penny they can. Then they will drain your oils so you break down on your way home and are forced by Mopar to go back for repairs. Mopar told me to sue them because of their negligence. Make sure you check for tampering if you use thief service and call multiple times before going to an appointment, as they don't care that you are driving 50 miles to see them if you didn't buy your rig from them they will turn you away. After loosing control on the freeway twice in two weeks I wouldn't buy a postage stamp from these crooks.

Since writing this review I have had numerous people come to me with the same or similar issues. There is a reason that there are so many other machanics in Paso I’d be a fool to even step into Malehey again. CROOKS

Edited: I attached pictures of the where on my. Tire after 5,000 miles. $350 a tire and the axle they put in on the front eats them up in 5,000 miles. Everything about this company is bad.

We took our 1994 Ford Tioga Motorhome in to get a diagnostic on it. We kept calling to get an update on it since no one would call us and they said they hadn’t gotten to it yet. 6 months later I called to find out what was going on and they finally said they didn’t have the machine to find out what was wrong with it. They blamed it on someone that is no longer working there. They didn’t take any accountability on their part. Also we didn’t get the keys to the door and the window was damaged and part of the wall paper is ripped off. Now there is water damage on the floor from the rain. Take your car here if you want it to be sitting in their parking lot forever and not have anything done to it and have someone damage it.
