The first time I made an online sale, I eagerly sat down at my computer to place the order. Then and there, I found out the supplier had gone out of business without even giving a simple heads up about their declining situation. I frantically brainstormed other possibilities of suppliers to keep my business alive. To glimpse the idea of giving up what I love to do would be dream shattering. My passion was reignited when I discovered Royal Apparel. Up until this point, I did not know that there were any other USA based apparel suppliers. Basically, if Royal Apparel did not exist, then my business would not exist. There is a genuine appreciation for this kind of blessing.

It is also rare to find one that has so many varieties of organic apparel to choose from. Certainly not limited to just T-shirts, Royal Apparel offers organic dresses, hoodies, tank tops, and more. It is good to have options. Also, the staff has always answered every question remarkably well, and has given me great advise that I used while planning.

I ordered some blank t shirts for my golf apparel line that's been in business for 4 years. I ordered some shirts and the natural color version of the style shrunk about 8% more than the other colors. I've never heard of such a thing. My hunch is they saved a buck by not prewashing the natural colored fabric. Really tough experience for us. I think the worst part is that they didn't even care when I raised my issue.

They will not stand behind their product when it goes bad. I understand things will go bad every now and again. It's how a company handles those problems, will make them a great company. royal is clearly not a great company. Use great caution when working with Royal Apparel.
