If I could give negative 10 stars I would but I can't. Brought my 2021 Jeep Gladiator Mojave on September 12, 2024 for oil change, tire rotation, and wheel alignment. After the service, I did a front to back walkaround and everything looks good. I never thought about checking the top. Brought it straight home into my garage and didn't use it for three days. On the third day, I noticed something odd with the roof rack. Upon further inspection, found both the driver and passenger side rails of the roof rack dented. Worse on the driver side than on the passenger side. It is still usable but the damage is there staring at me. My wild guess is it hit something above the shop when it was raised on the lift. I know I have no hope of getting any compensation for the damage or have the service shop repair it because they will just deny it unless corporate will do something about this. I am writing this review to give a warning to customers to make sure they give their vehicle a thorough inspection front to back, top to bottom before driving it off the lot.

2024.10.03 Update: The service manager called me to meet with him to assess the damage. Met him 2024.09.30 and he was surprised why the lift did not stop when the roof rack hit the bar overhead. He also indicated the damage can not be repaired. He asked me to email him the replacement cost estimate which I did right after getting the estimate from Leer Truck Accessory Shop. Called him the next day to make sure he received the estimate. He indicated he will pass the estimate on to his boss and will update me with the progress. Currently waiting on the update.

What can I say other than “ PROFESSIONAL FRIENDLY AND PATIENT PEOPLE “. And on top of that my credit is in the high 500’s, yet they didn’t belittle me or try to take advantage of my low credit score. Scott the salesman was honest and told me he could get me approved but most likely the terms of the loan won’t be pretty, which I did expect. And all this happened in one day, meaning that the service was super fast and easy. Great dealership go, browse and buy from, trust me you won’t be disappointed.

I usually like this place. Gigi was great but this time I had Miguel. He said he'd so the recall software download in two hours for the work, it took 6! Before that, i asked if he could take a quick look at the trunk button and he said "nope, not with the time." Really? That's the professional courtesy I get for a $900/month lease? Screw that.

I was looking at the Jeep 4XE and Chuck Alofi (Sales Consultant) went above and beyond to make it work for me. He stayed up late and came in on his day off to make the sale. The Jeep has been great and a lot of fun to drive. I'll be going back there for my next one.

Communication was less than poor. If I wanted an update or information I had to call, even then the information I got was incomplete and untrue. Timelines were not met and when the work was completed I came to pick up a truck that was filthy and there was damage to other areas. The initial reaction when pointed out to them was “it wasn’t me”. Once the gm got involved he is attempting to correct the issues but again it’s going to take more time to accomplish. The more I look at my vehicle the more damage and mishandling I find.

Follow up
My damaged parts were ordered and installed. The installation took 5 hours longer than manufacturer suggest. Parts were not fully replaced and the parts that were, installed incorrectly, I had to take the vehicle to another facility to asses and correct the incorrectly replaced parts. It was discovered that more errors were made. Many parts were not installed, the pets that were used were installed incorrectly, hardware is missing. The amount of damage, mistakes and missing parts can not be anything but intentional at this point. Body damage to my vehicle still not addressed. When I brought this to the attention of the dealership. The response is we will not do business any further. The customer service here used to be top notch. Something has changed. The many vehicles purchased here will be serviced elsewhere and I will not purchase or recommend any else to do business here either. There are a lot of other options in this town.

Does anyone even work here in the service department? I doesn't matter how many times I have called and how many voicemails I have left, nobody answers the phone or returns phone calls. They have my vehicle there and want approval for repairs but have given zero information other than wanting $4000 to do it. Literally, all the information I have that requires immediate attention is "replace radio". The vehicle is a couple years old and the radio works fine. They have had my vehicle for two weeks now and nobody has given me any information or tried reaching out to me to let me know what is going on.

Do not use this dealership, ever, you will most likely regret it. I brought in my brand new 2023 Dodge hornet there for a recall dealing with a software update on a Saturday, it was supposed to be same day. I waited for about 3 hours and they then told me they needed to keep it over the weekend to get another technician to look at it, and that they needed to order a part for the recall (I'd scheduled the recall service 2 weeks prior, why didn't they order the part then?) Whatever, get put in a rental, and sent home.

Come back on Monday afternoon, part never got there, but the software update was finished. Whatever, I just want my car back at this point. I walk out and see a ridiculous amount of damage to my car on the driver's side front fender and side mirror. Service advisor comes out and apologizes, service manager comes out and apologizes. Both say they'll take care of it and send me home in another rental.

Next morning, they say a tow truck hit me, and I have to return the rental and get my car and argue with the tow truck company. They sent me an AVI file for video of the accident (which is stupid cause that file type is massive and difficult to open) and they had my car parked in the middle of the driving lane, uncovered of the customer parking lot! The tow truck hit my car trying to get around it to drop off a second vehicle.

I am currently dealing with my own insurance and the tow truck to get my car fixed, and am driving my 3rd rental in a week. The dealership is attempting to shun all responsibility for the accident and maintains that they cannot and will not do anything because of how technically the tow truck hit me. Both service advisor and service manager are basically stone walling me at every turn and refuse to help me anymore.

If you value your car, never take it to this dealership, there's a very good chance they'll either make whatever you problem is worse, or just create one where none exist.

You have been warned.

Have called numerous times to get an appointment for my truck. The service department does not answer their phone after several voicemails being left. Showed up yesterday to drop my truck off for diagnosis of what’s wrong, I was told that I would get a loaner vehicle until my truck was fixed because it would take at least three days to diagnose And I was told yesterday that I can’t get a loaner vehicle until the diagnosis is made. Being told one thing and going back on, it is extremely frustrating and it’s even worse when my phone calls are not returned. I highly suggest taking your business elsewhere. Finally got my truck in and they wanted 8 thousand dollars to fix it and went else where and got a quote for everything and i got quoted $2,200. On top of all this crap this dealership screwed one of my tires up and no i have to purchase another tire. HORRIBLE location and horrible service. You’ll leave there with more problems
