They were very patient did not do any Pressure to me to get a sale he let me make my own decision and he answered all my questions in a professional manner They are so great if looking for advice. Found a jewel of a business!! Had the best, comfortable, efficient, friendly experience ever from start to finish! We were immediately greeted when entering the lot & Butch came right out to show us the vehicle we were interested in. He was super attentive & transparent about everything, and quickly allowed us to test drive it. We were sold! Met with Larry to finalized the buy, family owned definitely translates to the genuine way Larry took us through the process, he treated us just like family. Super quick thorough accurate process. We'd definitely buy from him again, and are even thinking of selling through him soon. We found our perfect fit Jeep for our family and needs, LOVE IT!!

Called this dealership and was quoted in writing a price of $8995.00 out the door which included tax license and a $1000.00 dealer prep fee and another smaller administration fee. I called back two days later after reviewing the quote and didn't want to pay the $1000.00 dealership prep fee so I asked them to split that fee with me which would bring the price down to $8500.00 out the door. I was then told that they needed to re calculate the price. I was then told that the price now would be $9700.00 out the door. I told them that I had already been quoted $8995.00 so then I was told that $9200.00 was the best they could do. Watch out for these guys there is obviously so shady shit going on here. Don't trust their word, its worthless.

Thoroughly confused. After a lot of research into a particular make and model I found one that I liked at this dealership. I was able to test drive it, and decided that I wanted to move forward if a few items on the vehicle could be addressed, and if I get a fair price for the vehicle (small amount off) and fair value for my trade in. They were willing to recondition a few items but when it came to my trade in I was totally blown away by the low offer. Not even really an offer, just an over text blurb after looking it up by VIN. I did tell them that the offer wouldn’t work for me and then came back and asked if perhaps the manger could meet me half way but I got zero response. I mean, I was ghosted. It was a very bizarre ending to what could have been an easy sale, a decent trade in (2021 vehicle) as long as they took the time to appraise it in person, and potentially financing my loan if they could be beat my credit unions rate. While my experience in general was short lived, the sales person was nice, just not enthusiastic enough about making a deal happen. I appreciate the no hard sell approach but at some point it became a no effort approach on their part. Additionally, I think the salesperson doesn’t know a whole lot about this particular brand as he referred to it as a German model and that is not the case. It’s an English model that actually originated in India and is now manufactured in 5 different countries and Germany is not one of them. I believe that researching your product (as I did before I even bothered to test drive) makes for a better well rounded experience and that just didn’t happen. The lack of knowledge, enthusiasm and effort is what prompted me to rate this at 3 stars. I’m sure they will figure out who I am, and hope that they understand that I am not out to disparage the employee or the dealership, but felt the need to give an honest review of my personal experience. PS, the car is still on the lot, sigh……

I recently purchased a full size van from So Cal. Butch helped me over the phone as it was a long distance purchase. We had a lengthy discussion about the van and I decided to pull the trigger based on the positive reviews I read for SoCal, and my conversation with Butch.

I explained to Butch that I would be flying in, and driving the vehicle about six hours home. SoCal had the vehicle checked out again on the day of my arrival to make sure everything was a go. Loren helped with paperwork and registration, and got me out the door quickly. Larry was there to make sure everything went smoothly. And I even had a few conversations with another salesperson Carlos who checked in to make sure everything was OK. They really went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the transaction.
