We have an issue with this place! This place has a habit of doing things that they DO NOT have to do. What I mean is, they go out of their way to make sure everything is right! We have been customers of Winn since 2008 and there's a reason why! Yes, this is a Car Dealership, yes, you still need to do what you usually need to do to buy a new car, but the big difference is, how they treat you during the purchase process and especially after.

So....we were in a bind and needed new tires on our 2023 Tiguan because our son ran over a big nail that punctured the tire. Luckily our son was close to home and the tire didn't go flat, so he was able to get home safely. It was when we bought new tires and were about to get them installed when we discovered we had wheel locks, but no key. It's a 2023 and we've owned it for only 1 year and a half and never had to get new tires. Time was of the essence since we were leaving on a road trip in a few days. So we contacted the dealer and spoke with Gary, the Sales Manager about our issue and he was very sympathetic and got on it right away. He got us into service at the dealership the next morning. Alvin our service advisor and Margie (who just started, it was her 1st day on the job) got on it once I got there. Service got the old locking lug nuts off and put a new set on with the key. Once that was done, we went to get the new tires installed. CRISIS AVERTED!!!!! This is something that they didn't have to do! But they did it.

It goes back to this.....If there's an issue after the purchase, they will go the extra mile to make it right. I've been to other dealers with issues and it's "Oh Well, you took delivery, it's your issue now" or my favorite answer I always get "that's what the Warranty is for". I also get, "oh, that's not covered and you will need to pay for that!" Everyone at Winn from the GM to the Sales Managers and even the service managers are down to earth people who actually care and it's a reflection of the dealership being a family owned business. I know it's "cliche" to say they make you feel like family....because they don't, they make you feel like a valued customer who's happiness and satisfaction is paramount to their business! I can tell you they have helped us on more than one occasion even if they didn't have to....but they did, and that's how you earn and retain repeat customers.

They will waste your time. Don't trust their word! They listed a vehicle online for sale, I called about it, and it was available but in service. No problem. I asked to $500 hold on it, they said no. The vehicle was then removed from their website. I called again to see if it sold, they said "no it didn't sell, its in the service department but we have been getting so many calls about it, we took it off the website until its ready." OK. Cool. 8+ conversations later (3 reps) they told me it was ready and to come give it a test drive. We scheduled a time. I drove 1.5 hours (round trip 3 hours), and when I get there they tried to show me some other car. Keep in mind, I called the day of my appointment in the late morning to verify the appointment so I didn't waste my time. Every single time I talked to them, I said the model of the vehicle (they only had 1 on their lot) to make sure they knew what I was talking about. Completely unacceptable. Following up with corporate next.

Kevin and John were great to work with. Gave us multiple best options for us and made the process easy. Not pushy at all and very personable. We went to other dealerships however we found that they were the most helpful. Would definitely do business with them again.

My family and I have been loyal customers of Volkswagen Winn dealership since 2017, and our recent experience there was exceptional. The staff, friendly and knowledgeable, always went the extra mile to ensure our satisfaction. If they didn't have an answer, they made sure to connect us with the right person who did.

When we were in the market for a Volkswagen Atlas with four-wheel-drive, we were disappointed to learn that it wasn't in stock. However, instead of pushing us towards a different car, Kevin and the rest of the sales team at Volkswagen Winn dealership took the time to show us all of their other available options. Out of the four criteria on our checklist – black exterior, black interior, seven-seater, and four-wheel-drive – three were met, making it an easier decision for us to make the final choice especially the fact that we already have a four-wheel-drive it was just a bonus if you were able to find.

Their patience and willingness to cater to our needs impressed us, and their professionalism set them apart from other dealerships we've visited.

The finance department was efficient and transparent, making the purchasing process quick and easy. Overall, Volkswagen Winn dealership has consistently provided me with top-notch service over the years, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new car."

Thanks for the flashlight that you left wedged under my wiper blade. I believe that after service, you should discuss what was done briefly rather than hand off the papers and run off. I also found it disappointing that when the car was kept overnight on a single day service, we were just on our own for being unexpectedly down to one car. Your service needs a little better customer service.

It was nice meeting the newly hired Margie Nguyen as a service technician. Her expertise and knowledge has exceeded my expectations and hopefully she there to stay.
Winn has gone through mayor changes since the beginning of the year but with the new additions, will be back on track. I have been a customer at Winn VW for more than 24 years. Great location, technicians and customer satisfaction is priority! I’m on my fifth Volkswagen vehicle and will keep on coming back.
